@reddevils
Gotta be consistent ....otherwise I was just a bot getting on a bandwagon. Also some dude was under the impression that I must have loved tlou2 since I'm not a fan of halo infinites campaign. Gotta keep it real.
Don't mind bitching about the IP I love.
If anything that bodes really badly for naughtdog.
Last game I liked from them was tlou1. Since then they've done uncharted 4 and tlou2...and Those have been an enormous let down for me.
Hopefully whatever they do next is universally loved by naughtdog fans.
Monetary value is different than value. Oops...you said that below. Sorry.
That's your take. I do consider the campaign better than 5 but halo 5 was complete utter garbage of a campaign. Halo4 is still my favourite overall campaign next to halo 2.
But halo infinite has zero of what made those games good for me. The open world is just one of those sandbox playgrounds which is what mutliplayer kinda already is...and I do believe the overall campaign suffers due it's identity crisis
The multiplayer is great. Single player not so much. I'm not trying. Love halo so don't want them getting comfy with medicrity.
@ben
Actually really disliked tlou2 so you be off mark by miles.
It's highly overrated. Not a good story and not a good open world. No set piece moments and horrible dialogue.
Good gunplay though. So if you're into multiplayer then this is great.
Multiplayer gets a 5/5
Campaign gets a 3/5 quite mediocre.
Don't worry we were well fed all year and this is just a slight fast.
We started with demons souls then astro it then returnal and then ratchet and clank. All pretty darn good games. Then of course there's 3rd party titles you can mix in there and updates to ghost of Tsushima...unfortunately for Xbox fans....they better like racing and simulators or else all they really got was halo infinite at the very end of the year.
Well I guess if you haven't been playing games then that game pass subscription or heck even ps now seem like a god send since they'll both have tons of games you haven't played apparently.
I don't care for a flight simulator or racing games so really all I got from Microsoft is halo infinite and that feels a heck of lot like they missed the mark....remember I played halo for story and campaign and at least co op campaign. All of it is a resounding failure ...
Overrated. Finished the campaign recently and there isn't much there. If you're looking for some mindless fun sure you got that to a degree. But if you're looking for a fleshed out open world or a strong story you got nothing here.
Yeah they definitely did move things forward with the CD ROM. Which the game clearly took advantage of...seeing as it wasn't possible with the other console at the time.....sure let's pretend it's the same exact thing.
So it had nothing to do with the capability of one console over the other? The Sega Saturn was going to be able to run the game the same way?
Not a small bubble. Just more fine-tuned to unique experiences off the mainstream casual gamer. To each their own. If you like those casual games by all means use them as your compass of the typical gaming experience. I tend to look for much more variety. Played all other GTA's but wasn't all that interested in another iteration.
You're the one making a general statement on something that's just false....and I guess based one 1 game.
In the current spectrum we are supposed to identify as colors or letters...otherwise it gets too damn complicated with how diverse we all are.
Another aspect of racism. Making the assumption that we can't relate simply because of skin color...lol
Racism is definitely making a comeback in the most peculiar way.
FYI white skin toned people have been enslaved and oppressed since the dawn of time. Those who think only the slavery in the Americas ever existed are just ignorant and are only aware of about 200 years of world history.
I wouldn't know about GTA V as I haven't played it.
Only speaking from my personal experience...obviously. but to assume it only happens on one side is the definition of innocence
...you've yet to experience things outside your bubble.
It wasn't terrible. At that time it was perfectly normal and Xbox live wasn't really much better.
I played on both and both were similar experiences.
SOny hasnt bought a studio that wasnt already pretty much exclusively working on playstation and they havent bought out a studio that was already making its name with multiplatform titles. Thats why you wont get those articles on playstation.
Well its good that you dont need an xbox to play these games. Just get it on PC. My laptop is ready.
Best games after returnal and ratchet...sure. only thing is that deathloop critical reception is actually mixed between reviewers and gamers unlike the first 2.
