It's like she set her age to 99 in DOA.
@ Dark Voyager
Mind providing a link? There's no one at all, anywhere, saying that it PLAYS better on PC when I search, "Forza Horizon 3 plays better on PC", and I'm not wasting half of my day watching all the DF videos just to see if they said it at any point in time. ATM, it looks like you're full of it...
It was a play on words. I thought the quotation marks and winking would have been enough...
@ Notorious
I only keep certain relatives in 6 foot holes in the ground, but they don't need food anymore so it's all good.
EDMIX,
What is PS Now, if not a requirement to be hooked up online to play single player games?
Besides, you're talking about a glitch that MS is fixing on their new service, not PS plus members having their credit card information stolen...
Kirby just "sucks".
;P
How much could $499 buy you today? An XB1X, actually, which is already compared directly to the XB1.
If they weren't stubborn, Sony would have owned any Nintendo IP published on the Nintendo Play Station. For Sony, control has always been their number one priority though (which is why they have PS Now and remakes instead of BC, for example, as they now control the use of any games you still own from past PS consoles).
Not sure why you're getting disagrees, they had plenty of games published on Ninty platforms.

60FPS is unnecessary. Gameplay and animation are smooth enough at 30FPS and the extra power is better used for more density in the world than extra FPS. IF you're talking about 60FPS for control then I can see the benefits of better precision but controller input can be decoupled from the visual frame rate if a developer chooses, and when this is done both better control and better looking worlds can coexist.
See: Forza Horizon at 30FPS for visuals and 360FPS for ph...
I feel the same as you do. Thankfully, there's physics advancements being worked upon too. IMO, next gen needs to have a more physics-based layout like you describe.

Optimus has it right. If you're that into gaming on your phone Bluetooth controllers are the way to go. Your phone has all the power it needs to do everything these days, why not use an inexpensive controller if you need to instead of buying an expensive system just to play games on? Portables will die; it's just a matter of when.
No, EDMIX, they have other competitors like Amazon and Google to consider, not just Sony and Nintendo. Companies that stick to the old ways get left behind as times change and MS has always lead (perhaps too far ahead).
Think about it; when MS started this generation, pitching the idea of a digital future, digital distribution was barely even a thing. Now digital is taking over physical sales. Why would anyone fail to realize that digital distribution to multiple devices ...
@ frosty
I see a big problem with your post; MS is making plenty of cash off of Xbox. Sad thing is you believe it so much you can't even look it up before you post.

Why buy a portable at all when a phone does everything, including emulate classic consoles?
From the article:
"For a game like The Division 2, that would allow a player to locate or create a unique item in the game and actually own it. The player can then trade that weapon, switch it between their accounts, retain it even after a server crash or game failure, swap it to another title like Ghost Recon, and never run the risk of losing it to a hack."
Nice! Create and share content plus the ability to transfer it from game to game.
I enjoy building in editors like Forge and Far Cry, so it's something I'm happy to see is making its' way into more games. To me, this helps make every gamers' experience that much more unique.
"No Man's Ark". Sounds interesting enough to check into!
Yeah. Mixer has a few advantages including real-time streaming, controller sharing, and other interactive features, so I can see it doing well against other services like Twitch in the long run.
