Yeah, I really don't understand why people think that the XB1S doesn't support Kinect when MS talked about the USB adapter already.
I agreed with you, but technically he said the only exclusives would be VR.
JB, MS said that Scorpio exclusives were the VR titles, and everything else will play on all consoles but will be native 4K instead of 900/1080p on an XB1 or XB1S. Also, a Kinect-to-USB adapter will be supplied for free to anyone who needs one, so Kinect works on all XB1 consoles including Scorpio.
Either way, having one headset for both your PC and your console is way better than having a proprietary option restricted to one device.
XB1 generally runs at 900p with 1.3 tf. Scorpio is over 4.5 times more powerful than XB1 but 4K is only 4 times as many pixels. AMD has said in interviews before that 4K doesn't require 4x performance because other elements of rendering are reduced as resolution increases. So...
Of course Scorpio will be 4k native. OTOH, PS Neo cannot be expected to take a 1080p image and upgrade it to native 4K with only an estimated 2.5x more power.

No, it's not. Bethesda already talked about doing experiments with their engine running on XB1/PS4. They said that they took ES5 and ported it just to get the code optimized for Fallout 4. It only makes sense to release the game now because it was aleady ported and makes for easy profits.
It's Gran Turismo "Port", ie GT:6, rushed to market to make a VR deadline, missing tons of content that GT:6 had.
Besides that, FH3 is not Forza 6 either, so what's your point exactly? FH3 can look beautiful as an open world experience, but GT Sport can't look good unless it's in Photo mode, deliberately trying to hide all of the horrible environments.
Show me one open world racer that even comes close to FH3.

It's just like I said yesterday. When I got seriously downvoted. VR games are exclusive to Scorpio while the reest will play on any Xbox One hardware, including Scorpio.

Best part? I'll never lose my games library due to obsolete hardware again. I can't even hook up an Xbox, Gamecube, or PS2 to an HDTV anymore. That still pisses me off.

It's simple math - Doubling power is not equal to quadrupling pixels. Even when Sony announced that Neo is real, they didn't mention 4K gaming, only 4K content. Scorpio OTOH, has nearly 5x more power than XB1 to run native 4K with.

Agreed. I can see the value of an affordable option for an XB1 because many parents won't wnat to get their kids a system designed for a 4K TV. I can also see the value for an XB1 that is designed for the high end enthusiast. The real question here is, "Will the XB1 Scorpio sell really well because people are going to wait, or will the XB1s still continue to sell because not many people will care to have the best that there is"?
