Truth hurts, but just because PSVR is inferior technology on the vanilla PS4 doesn't mean that won't still be successful at the beginning. It's true success will be measured when it is hooked up to Neo, which is what Sony designed the PSVR to run on in the first place. It's a classic bait and switch tactic.

Pretty much, Edmix. I would like to add that in reality there are only two types of games, first party and third party. If MS owns the IP, then it's a first party game regardless of ownership of the developer. The term 2nd party is colloquial, according to Wiki.
Capcom has been living on a Lost Planet, a once Mega Man now left out cold on the Street, Fighting for their own survival like the Dead are Rising from their graves. Sadly, even the Devil May Cry after all the remasters and wrong turns for Capcom as of late. Now that's a new take on survival horror...
Ironically, the Dreamcast was very successful for Sega. It was the Sega CD, 32x, and Saturn that killed Sega... coupled with their investors need to collect their money. OTOH, Japanese studios like Konami, Capcom, and Sega seem to have lost their way as far as AAA development goes and I don't know if they can get that magic back.
