It is a round and round. It seems the guys that are on top always get arrogant and screw things up (even Nintendo did it when they sold the Wii), then have to scramble to get it right again when they lose their grip on the lead when they forget certain aspects of their business/customer relationships.
As an Xbox gamer, it never makes sense to me to think that MS cut studios in the middle of last gen and didn't decide to get more until a decade late...

What else is there to say? Most opinions that are popular suck, just like the people who champion them, and "best games" is entirely subjective.
Also, "Play Fearlessly" is a joke. You should all be afraid of what else Sony is going to do to control how and where you play.
There was just an article about Cyberpunk not running 4k/60 on "current gen". Judging by both articles, the 1X version of the game will be "Scarlet Enhanced" to 4K/60. I seems MS is also prepping 1st party games for this by, for example, giving FH4 a 60FPS mode that won't run in 4K on the 1X. Gears 5 also has a new 60fps campaign.
Just another example of MS doing away with "generations".
In a few months they'll have to rename the game Sea of Content!
Not on Xbox at least, since the version that comes out for the Xbox One will be enhanced to 4K/60 on "Scarlet". Xbox consoles are no longer generational in the traditional sense.

God of War is shit (brawlers are boring as hell), but Uncharted is at least a decent Gears of War gameplay rip-off with a bit of Tomb Raider thrown in. I think Sony's games are shit for the most part... only other game of theirs I'd play is Horizon and even that one is average at best. No reason to even own a Playstation when I've got games like Forza Horizon, Halo, Gears, and SoD2.

Gears Tactics coming to consoles is a distinct possibility with KB&M support too! I was surprised that it wasn't, TBH, considering that X-Com made its' way over and played well.
On topic, the Mod Support integration takes so much weight off of the developers' shoulders that I could see this tool being a real game changer... no pun intended!
Six studios acquired by MS say more exclusives. FYI, before you say five, Playground is two studios.

MS doubled their studios, which they said at E3 was only the start of their studio acquisitions and that their goal was to be the best 1st party publisher in the industry (See how they started pushing but haven't finished yet? Figured I'd spell it out for you so your simple mind MIGHT understand).

Well, they can embrace the future or fall into the past. By past, I mean get caught up in their arrogance like they did when building and launching the PS3. The start of next gen could signal another 360/PS3 era war if MS continues to push the gaming front and Sony continues to fall behind with the services and features they offer.
