No mention of a user theme creator so I guess it's all about getting a few more beans out of our pockets.
That's like saying it's cheaper to play on a PS3 than PS4 for basically the same experience.
And lets not forget RTCW, Wolfenstein Enemy Territory.
That was the beauty of UT series - you could crank it up for fast n furious or switch it to tactical, I loved those UT sniper only games!
I'd really like to see a Red Dead Redemption - Remastered Edition :)
I purchased it for PC on release and just got so fed up of the endless crashes and server lag I just stopped playing and never went back to it again.
I also really don't like this Origin browser interface, it feels clunky and like a quick botch job so overall it just didn't feel like a fun BF experience.
Just ordered a PS4 Destiny bundle
Yeah this is when I start wondering if these charts are just fantasies put up for clicks!
Pointless info :)
The original game was called Dandy Dungeons and the 4 player characters were based on inmates in an asylum and all the monsters were the hallucinogenics!!
MS AND the devs should leave it upto the gamer by allowing a few graphical setting options.
It's not drivers, it's that plug in controllers (any type) for both PS4 and X1 require a security chip.
Even if you buy a wheel for the X1 it won't work for PS4 (and visa versa) as they use their own unique security chip.
When is a USB 3 port not a USB port - when Sony and MS add their own unique security chip that breaks compatibility.
This doesn't effect just the G27 but every existing controller out there not specifically designed for either the PS4 or Xbone 1.
Worse still if you buy a new wheel controller for PS4 then it won't be compatible with Xbone
I'm sure this will have a huge impact with PD's Nissan Academy and might also explain why...
There's always the fully compatible PC gaming format :)
@dragonknight
I think the disagrees are because you are misunderstanding what is being sued about. It's not about games not being 1080p rather that Sony said x game was 1080p but supposedly it isn't so false advertising etc.
If it turns out to be correct then Sony should be accountable as should any company that falsely advertises something.
And PC gamers don't have to pay for remakes! Was having a blast playing C&C Zero Hour with a bunch of user created maps I'd downloaded:)
COD games often look pretty but falls down on gameplay. Problem with that is you have to buy the game to find that out.
So little of their maps are actually usable having so many invisible walls to block you from finding interesting routes.
I really miss the Unreal map environments where if you could see a ledge you could use it somehow.
I suspect we will be bombarded with endless hype till it's out and a month or so before it's released ther...
True enough, my bad :)
Id prefer a few less effects that im likely not going to notice while driving.
At least put the options in for me to lower some effects to attain 1080p 60fps.
its the
It is worth remembering how this game has come about.
Gamers putting their money up in advance knowing that high PC specs will be required to played it on.
And what seems like very high specs right now will likely be quite moderate by late 2015 - 2016, while console specs are stagnant.
Unfortunately with these interviews they often forget to ask "WHY", "BE MORE SPECIFIC" etc etc etc.
Are the comments based on the game for PC specs in late 2015 - 2016?
If so we're looking at a very different CPU/GPU / Memory target ie. Intel's 8 core, GPU's with 50%/80% more power (Nvidia Maxwell 800 series etc) and 16gb of ram was mentioned very early on.
I do agree that in theory it could be run on a console - lower textures, lower va...
I was really hoping the PS4/X1 would offer more of a closer PC gaming environment but in the end the devs dictate the game options/image qualities much as they did previously.
All this nonsense about how they can't create 1080p games at 60fps etc etc when all they have to do is add a few PC like options to select texture quality, particle density, shadow effects etc and let the gamer decide what's important.
yup I'd much rather have a Theme creator than what is likely to happen.
