Atlus USA and Atlus Japan...good for both of them.
Atlus Japan, pay attention to me, bring us a good RPG/
Atlus USA, you may have something going over there with The Cursed Crusade (as publisher), why don't you show us some more stuff after the Skrim stuff dies down.
We all need a good game this summer, it looks like that one may be ticket...Heck, its your only chance this year to do well because fall is literally insane for games. ...
Im with you, the game is entertaining, but by hour 25 I was tired of it.
Only on level 37 at hour 51? What are you doing?!
I was at 34 in about 21 hours.
I realized that completing quests give way more experience than killing enemies, so if you just run past them and finish the quest, then you level up at lightining speed. Yes, I know that takes away the fun, but by that time, I just wanted to game to end.
Do you know that DA2 doesn't have a good story?
Poor headline.
I, for one, am interested to see how this turns out.
RPG demo's are always a difficult proposition.
RPG's rely so much on story and progression that it is difficult to have that come across in a demo.
It does still feel like a Dragon Age game though. Just think every time you attacked in Dragon Age and you kept mashing the X button even though your character was auto-attacking, now you actually swing.
I for one am interested and looking forward to playing the full game. (It ma...
Geesh, I doubt the game is "Game of the Decade." But we shall see.
I don't care about the whole is it action rpg v traditional rpg v Im a nerd who actually gives a sheet about the distinction.
It looks fun and Bioware this generation has yet to dissapoint me in creating fun games to play.
End of story.
Umm nothing. The game was great. Looking forward to Me3.
There were alot of great games out in Jan.
At least now it slows down a bit to 1 a month for the next few months.
Fall is insane.
Would they release the game yet so I can give them my money?
Im interested...
Im looking forward to this one.
Alot
Ive bought and beat this game already for the ps3 here are my thoughts.
Wait till it hits about 30 bucks and you will enjoy the game for its "B-Movie" type charm.
I needed something to tide me over till Dragon Age 2, and it did the trick, but by the end, I was ready to put down the controler.
At 60 bucks you will say "WTF!? This is...ugh...damn...waste of money."
At 30 bucks you will say "Wow,...
A great game no doubt. Played and beat it when I was younger.
BUT BRING VAGRANT STORY.
Well, it is difficult to compare the two games.
Dragon Age was definetly more quirky than Mass Effect 2 (as most true RPG's tend to be).
Mass Effect 2 had a more for the masses appeal.
Both very enjoyable to play.
BioWare has been cranking out some solid games this generation, and Im anxiously awaiting Dragon Age 2.
A good comparison between the two games.
To me they are both equal. FO:NV is far better written. FO3 has a much better atmosphere throughout the entire game. (I loved the western theme out in the wastes of NV, but when I got to Vegas, I lost interest in the atmosphere)
The initial shock of FO3 cannot be understated. At the time it was fairly new and fresh. (Not just Oblivion with guns)
They are both great games (with the exception ...
Im with you, but the thing is, this is not a terrible game.
Its about a 6.5-7.
I'd say slightly above average that fans of the genere should check out, but probably nobody else.
Reviewers may have had some bias built in from the last game, or they thought it was a blank check to give a game with some press behind it a bad score because its kinda fun...
This guy's voice reviewing the game is not good for this type of stuff. Speaks too slow. SPIT IT OUT JUNIOR
Meh, with so many good games coming out, a solid hack and slash wont be on my radar.
I did the Two Worlds 2 thing...It was fine, but by the end I was glad to put the controler down.
All depends on how they do it, but I would like a developer to design a game with it being "complete" right out of the box.
FromSoftware said that this is how they are designing Dark Souls. I <3 FromSoftware
I'll pick it up once it hits the bargain bins.
But yeah...nobody does crazy like the Japanese.
In probably the best year of this generation, this is still my most anticipated game.
Game design this generation is going this way ------->
Dark Souls is going <----------
I LOVE IT
It has some stiff competition though.
