Sonic 2 CD Version never got released, and it's still up in the air if it ever existed, all info about it comes from magazine previews before Sonic CD was announced so it's possible it was that in beta form.
I would have changed quite a few in that list, but I totally would have said Sonic 3 & Knuckles at top spot rather than just Sonic 3, cause technically they were spose to be one big game.
Well that shows that they haven't finalized the console yet. At E3 they said it wouldn't have 3D and they didn't see the point in it. And now all of a sudden it does support 3D. Backpedaling, but at least they aren't making the same mistake they did with HD and underestimating it. As 3D TVs get cheaper more people will get them, doesn't seem like 3D is going away this time.

We all know both will survive in the market, the DS and the PSP did and there is no reason to believe that either of the new consoles will flop so bad they will be withdrawn. They both have pro's and con's depending on your gaming choice. Seriously, Wii U is using tech 5-6 years in advance of current gen. If Xbox 720 and PS3 get announced next year, they won't be using tech from the future, they will be using tech from around the same time perioud give or take a few months. Even if the other two were better spec wise (which would be expected releasing a bit later) due to releasing a year or so later it won't be some OMG huge difference like they will have their own gen again.

From memory the PC versions did look slightly better and less grainy. Plus they fixed up alot of the spelling errors and bad translations in Final Fantasy 7. One minor thing I remember noticing was that in the PC version the character models had mouths, pretty sure the Playstation version they didn't, always found that odd.
