It's not a port if Assassins Creed 3 is being built on Wii U. If the console does turn out to be more powerful than current gen (6 years on you would be mad to think it isn't) and Sony and Microsoft haven't got their new systems out by the time this new game surfaces. Then chances are the PS3 and 360 versions will be the ports.

They would rather sit there for 3 hours in town shouting for people that have completed the raid before and are still there after I've done an hour or two of questing or battlegrounds. I don't believe your thinking holds for me personally, XII was horrible and not more real or an improvement over X, and although X was enjoyable, it wasn't anywhere near as great as IX and the originals for me.
It all depends on how your categorizing it as a flop. Because if the earning reports are correct, Duke Nukem made very decent sales, and it totally dosn't deserve the 'unplayable' status it has been getting. There are much worse games, much more generic games and there are way more broken games than this one. I played through the entire game and didn't hit a single bug or snag, and if it was that terrible I wouldn't have bothered to finish it, plain and simple.

Out of battle models that were rather chibi with huge eyes, a stuffed toy and a talking cat as well as some undead guy in your party and VII was spose to be the start of the real trend. I don't think so. Sure the cut scenes and battle screen portrayed them more real like but even then they were less 'real' looking than VIII. It wasn't till the later additions to VII that they started making them more realistic.
FFVIII was not that good, sometimes I think that game gets hyped more than VII. I've played all the Final Fantasy games over the years and VIII is down the lower end of my list too. I do think IX deserves more respect tho, it tried to be a classic SNES FF but in 3D, and I personally think it did a damn fine job. Them trying to go all real always loses it for me, and VIII kinda started that trend, the games that lack that anime'ish flare and ignore the series roots never win me over.
Awesome!!! Classic old school Metal Sonic. Now he is a rival, not any of this dark emo clone crap. I know Shadow and Silver etc etc etc will end up in the game as either bosses or non-playables due to being characters in Sonics history, but nothing beats the classic characters. If they thinned the cast down, Metal Sonic is the one I would keep as a rival for Sonic.
As awesome as that would be, I don't think they would do all of them. HD collections are about refreshing an old game quickly with little cash involved and turning a profit. I can see KH, KH2, and probably either Re:CoM or Bbs making the set. But not Re:Coded or Days, not only were those two not on a Sony system and are probably still licensed to Nintendo in some way or other, but to overhaul those two for HD would take alot more work, time and money. :(

Considering Nintendo hasn't said a damn word about how grunty or not their new machine will be. And everything beyond what was at E3 is pure speculation and conjecture, it's way to early to be carving a tombstone. I agree! Except for the Final Fantasy 8 part, that was my least liked Final Fantasy until 12 and 13 came along. Apart from the re-releases or remakes and the odd fun spin-off like Dissidia I haven't been sucked into a throughly enjoyable Final Fantasy for a long time :/
