Release a Mass Effect 2 Ultimate Edition already!
He's not so much saying that. I understand what he's trying to say, I still see it being done on DVD's too. He means there are a lot of games and movies out there that don't take up the ammount of space that would require a bluray, do why use it? It's just forcing the consumer to pay for wasted space and a more high end product that wasn't needed in the first place.
There are bluray movies and games that only take up say 3.8gig, why not just use a DVD...
Yip it did, in like 1995 or something, but it had the American soundtrack. This one is reported to have the original Japanese/European soundtrack. It has achievements/trophies, widescreen support and has been "cleaned up" apparently. I'm looking forward to it! Maybe soon we can get Sonic 3 & Knuckles on the PSN!!
Man Insomniac is following Naughty Dog's lead quite closely except with Ratchet & Clank. 3 games in a series and then done, give it to another developer. Crash, Spyro, Jak & Daxter, and now Resistance. It remains to be seen if there will be an Uncharted racing game with Sully throwing grenades out the window of Drakes jeep before we can tell if Naughty Dog are giving up Uncharted tho :P
Skies of Arcadia 2! Make it happen!!
It's almost a decent replacement for the Legacy of Kain series, almost. I still want to see Square bring that series back tho, if they can make Deus Ex as good as it looks they could resurrect Kain I'm sure!
Funny how if Europe PAL regions miss out on a game, or an RPG like, say, half the damn "Tales of" games, or the Megaman Anniversary Collection etc we get told to mod or just import if we want it and stop complaining. But if the USA misses out on an anticipated game, oooooh no don't you dare suggest modding or importing, it HAS to come out in your country or else!
I agree that it's a dumb move by Nintendo to limit their sales on new IP's and games that wi...
It's a new Nintendo IP.... that's like saying Mario should be on the 360 or PS3. It ain't and wouldn't ever happen. "Nintendo should make new IP's" "Nintendo doesn't make any new game series and just rely on Zelda and Mario" etc etc and then when they do, it's a waste and your not gunna buy it because it is on the Wii.
People are so confusing >.<
You think tech that's gunna be in a console that releases a year or so after another console will make the previous consoles specs a joke, then that is the only joke I see. All previous console generations where consoles were released 1-2 years after each other disagree with that theory. Even the 360 and PS3 which had a years difference between them. Is either of them failing so hard in the graphics department it's given the other a significant lead in game graphics where the same gam...
Yea, then you have the problem that all that "awesome software" dissapears from the market. And any future awesome software too. They have said many many times if they had to leave the console market they would not follow Sega's lead and go 3rd party. They would bow out and take their franchises with them.
And as much as everyone pretends they hate Nintendo, especially on forums. I'd say the majority of gamers wouldn't want to see that happen. People sti...
Comparison is always going to be done. Companies compare old products to new to show how much better or unique it is, to drive sales. People compare Wii to 360 and PS3 even tho it's obvious that although they are in the same generation, they are in a different league tech and graphics wise. It would be totally fine if they compared the Wii U to whatever's next from Sony and Microsoft, in fact they should be compared as they are all supposed to be in the "next gen" and this t...
Yes, yes they will compare it. If you think they won't your living in a fantasy world. Yes being released later will probably mean the next Playstation and Xbox will have a slight advantage, but it will still be compareable. This new Nintendo console will be better than current gen, so anything new after it's release will be compared to it.
There have been no stats and no specs released, and people are jumping to conclusions based totally from remarks made by develop...
I totally agree, more oftern than not I would rather play a classic old game than a new one, there are a few goodies, but a lot of new games lack the imagination and great gameplay of the old games, they are copies of other games or are drab and boring, but who cares if it looks that good right? When I sit down and play Chrono Trigger, Soul Reaver, Sonic 3, or Super Mario Bros 3, or old PC games like Star Control 2, Doom, Ultima Underworld 2 etc. I'm not thinking about graphics, I don'...
More like ask him why it's taken since Sonic Adventure to listen to the criticisms and fix the flaws. Sonic Generations looks great, but why did it take 13 years to get Sonic on the right track in a 3D environment.
There were a hell of a lot more games than just Black Knight missing from that video.
He has probably been held back and held back for DLC for this version so they can make even more money. I doubt this will be the final version, they will add more stuff to it and release a "complete" version later.
Where the F is Megaman, seriously! They cancel his two upcoming games, and they leave him out of MvsC3, and now that they release an Ultimate edition, they leave him out again!!
Oh wait.. he will probably be in the first round of DLC for this edition, to try and get some extra money, making it not the Ultimate Edition, and so they can repackage it again for another version later on.
That's what i wanna f'n know! Didn't he score the highest on the popularity poll for who the should include on the Capcom side. And YET AGAIN they leave him absent. Phoenix Wright, Firebrand and Strider are awesome, but where the hell is the character that MADE the company what they are today! If it wasn't for Megaman they wouldn't have survived to even do Street Fighter and Resident Evil etc. :/
Not before Sonic Generations damn you!! It's shaping up to be a decent experience, he's climbing the hill again after the positive Sonic Colours!!
It's not VR yet, and there have been headsets like this for the PC for quite awhile. More expensive ones mind you, but they are around. If Sony creates and releases to the public the first VR headset with the in game camera mapped to your head movement, then they can have the innovation crown from Nintendo as far as console companies go. As cool as this is to have the idea extended to consoles now too, I think I'll stick with my 3D TV till someone makes the next step.
