Wow, are they releasing a new coloured PSP every 3 months or something?
Lets do a colour recount - Black, White, Silver, Red and now Green. So that leaves Blue and some other shades in between...
Please take this to the Open Zone.
Apparently the Jan 1st 2008 numbers put the PS3 @ 10.49 Million for FY 2007.
And we laughed at that 11 Million goal. Doesn't matter how you split it; sold for games or sold for a Blu-ray player; it's still bottom line sold.
Anyone know what the Wii or 360 target number where for year end?
Alright word to the wise; the comment was A) changed, B) I live in North America myself (Hint; check my bio page!). America tends to generalize North America (and in general Canada as well). C) I was being wholly sarcastic about it, but I do believe there's probably some scientific basing about how people in the East sweat different from those in the West.
Now to get on topic, what the hell is the armor for? It seems a little pointless and gimmicky to sell the triggers themselves...
@ Exhaust; you are right. I've edited it now to include the other completive region, Canada. It now reads "North America".
Pointless article that completely forgets the fact that Everquest and Final Fantasy XI where on consoles.
Tries to argue that MMORPGs will/won't blend well on consoles.
Hey, don't hate on the controller, maybe it's thy greasy North American hands. I've never really head of the Japanese PS3 players complaining about it.
Perhaps eating 'tater chips and playing on the PS3 is not a skill you can master.
P.S. what the hell is that armor thing about? Seems quite... redundant.
@M337ING ; My point stands like this; Crysis is all shine and lacks substance to back it up. I find very much that Crysis was beefier Deus Ex, and unreasonable requirements on machine hardware.
Sins of a Solar Empire is massive monster of a game that for all that it does, doesn't need a lot to give the intended experience.
The point I am trying to make is that Crysis, while it looks good and all, needs serious hardware to invoke the experience that the developers int...
GOUGED! Take that PC user! But in all seriousness...the graphics card thing and the constant requirement to upgrade every 2 years vs consoles with a 4+ year life span isn't helping the PC gaming industry.
Yeah on one hand you could say it helps make PC games better than their Console counterparts. But at the same time someone could say PC devs are getting lazy and not optimising their coding to make PC games not require such high game stats.
I hope that PC devs s...
I seriously wonder how AMD will respond to this. Probably with something in regard to anti-trust / unfair trade. I think the argument that Vista / Microsoft catered to Intel over AMD to help Intel make a profit, similarly when AMD wasn't doing as hot, could turn into another lawsuit.
I'd like to see someone try and speedrun that. But not shocking. GTA 3 was like 20 hours, Vice City 30, San Andreas looked like it was 40-50. Not bad if you ask me.
(I'm taking into consideration finding all the hidden things and getting close to a 100% ending)
Windows Key + D.
That's about it. All those other ones don't matter as much as one thinks they do.
I wonder if any of the potential Terrorists would have female avatars... And then do something naughty online...
Yeah I guess there's a lot to fear from anonymity online.
Nah, the future is more like Battle Star Galactica (Original Series) Semi-high tech, xenophobic, and sleazy/grungy.
It's deeper than an issue of money... To some it's a matter of future game quality. EA is not know for creating innovation, but simply owning something else that's innovative.
We are well aware of it's tendency to buy companies, take what they need from them and dissolve the company after.
Just because EA makes the most money, doesn't translate in to the best games, or the most creative ones. They state that 2K hasn't been making much of a profit, but perhaps that's ...
So this is their big plan to capitalize on what the Wii did and as well move into the 'causal' gaming sphere.
I wish them luck in their endeavor.
Gag and vomit.
I like how the OLED screen is progressive, but still unreasonable.
Bleh, another social reminder that in a few years I have to grow up, marry, have kids, and get a career... Well I technically have a career going now, but still.
DAMN YOU DIAPER ADS! AN ETERNITY OF CURSES BE UPON YOU!
Eh, I didn't like it. Found it bled too much testosterone for me. But hey, good try and good method.
Well not so much on the subject, but it being classed as Canadian Content. And you know what, I'm willing to bet it will do much to talk about PMCs and what they do.
Something that never came out of COD4 was the discussion of the ethics behind making a game based on an event that's quite tragic and having a real life impact on many people. But personally, I feel that COD4 was a move to make money off a terrible reality without confronting the issues that surround that reality. ...
