Worst version of Minesweeper ever. You can be killed on the first click.
I would disagree with your statement. As is even Duel Layer DVDs are freaken expensive ($100 CAD for 50 Disks or $2 per disk) and they've been around for years.
Yeah Blu-Ray is still costly at $23 per disk, but I'm willing to bet that it's price will drop faster then DL-DVDs.
And yes it's always been easiest to port around a terabyte hard drive over a CD/DVD/Blu-Ray Disk.
Until the hard drive becomes an easy portable and quick swaping mofo, it'll never be as popular as a CD/DVD/Blu-Ray. That's why they are still relevant.
See that's the difference, Defacement is one thing. Lying to make you look better is another thing entirely. That's be on the level of fraudulent.
Yeah there's a bit of irony to be found here. Apple is the biggest mouth in saying that there should be digital downloads over optical media. And now they're going to be using Blu-ray.
Kind of makes you feel bad for buying a MacBook Air only to find the next gen super drive almost has the same capacity as the harddrive in the machine.
Yeah, that's an inexcuseable error. It just shows how much editing CVG actually does.
You mention combined functionality in the iPhone... Wouldn't the point that the PSP now has Skype functionality and a huge homebrew community behind i make turning a iPhone into a game device look like an uphill battle?
My final word on this is that anyone, even EA, hoping to bank on iPhone to gaming, are best off keeping that money in the bank.
Given that the iPhone lacks a tactile feedback enabled keyboard, it's going to be a very tough sell. Not to mention that Blackberries have been entrenched in the corporate world.
It's going to be quite hard to convince your boss that you need an entertainment based phone to be productive at work.
" I don't understand people like you. If one innovative developer comes out of this that is able to cross-platform we all win. It's so stupid to pan the whole thing just because you snuggle with your fave platform every night. "
First off, who's this 'we' you're referring to? Because quite frankly, I don't think many people outside the US own an iPhone. So right off the bat, it's quite the limited market. Second, since iPhones outside the US are hacked, it's very likel...
A good article. I hope it helps to make changes and bring about an end to profiting from game mis-representation.
LOL Awesome.
Yes, because nothing is more addiciting than proving you have the biggest XBL e-penis. Seriously, the achievement system has to get over itself. Achievements like getting to the next level in Halo 3 are entirely inane.
That's not really achieving much, besides a stick and carrot approach.
Here's what truly qualifies as achieving something - MGS4 Game clear; No kills.
That takes skill.
No... The EA/Apple relationship is one similar to that of the normal guy (EA) having to hang out with the rich snotty kid (Apple) and having to put up with his boasts and crap because their moms are old friends. Really EA wants to be out and about with the general population so just pretends to hang out with fore mentioned snotty kid.
It's really just a front. And won't go far.
The iPhone will take over hand held gaming as well as it is taking over PC gaming...
Oh wait...
Who's Gemma Atkinson? She's not really attactive at all.
Hahahaha, that piece was awesome.
Shaping up to be quite the game indeed.
Ouch. Hesitant to get stuff repaired. But then again, I have excellent Social Engineering skills.
Who's Gemma Atkinson? She's not really attractive.
Now that is something fierce and impressive. Haven't had that happen to me in a while.
