Not a huge fail. Trust me if you see a major difference between 900p and 1080p then I question why you're on a console at all. If that minor resolution difference gets at you then why are you settling for weaker hardware to begin with and not playing in 4k?

Game Pass and PSNow are good services. They offer an alternative which both the casual and hardcore can see value in. Nothing wrong with that.
Bought one game on there so far, but apparently it's the competition we need. Not like there's a steam sale on right now and nothing from EPIC lol.

No one skips E3 just because one of the big 3 doesn't turn up. Youre not fooling anybody lol.
They're two very different events, but it's the media that should be worried. E3 is very media focussed with a very small public presence but PAX is consumer driven. E3 is about trailers, reveals, interviews and of course the conferences. PAX is all about 90% about what's playable. Media can't hog the spotlight at PAX since consumers can just look things up themselves.

To be honest im hoping its becauae they've been given an opportunity to create an original IP. Retro is more than talented enough to take the task up seeing as they're basically the new Rare for Nintendo.
You are right those. There's not even been a tease or talk of anything at all. There's a chance that they've had some sort of hiccup resulting in delays for whatever they're working on.

Probably for hits. Worked didn't it? Only other reason being that the Switch was the only system that saw growth year over year. However, they also state the reason for this being that COD launched in October rather than November this year resulting in a decline for that month.

We've seen this happen so many times you'd think they'd have learn their lesson by now. How many times will it take for devs to realise you can't shut down critics and that when you try to it only broadens their reach?
Agreed. I'd rather they hold a seperate tournament where the competitors actually get compensated by the organisation hosting the event.
To be fair though The Old Republic is an mmo with a subscription service. It's far easier to monetize when you have a low power bar too. For your typical AAA title though people won't accept the visuals of The Old Republic.
Everything you said is correct. The question is whether the market would agree or judge the game based purely on how it looks.
