"So i guess the xbox controller look like the original ps1 "dualshock" since it got shoulder buttons and triggers, two"
incorrect, 360 controller is closer to dreamcast (which has the same placements of d-pad, analog and triggers)

the team that also lead xbox 360 was also from Sega.
I watch digital foundry for my tech videos. every bit of detail is in full view.
can't wait to see some more footage shown.
"It's like people trying scrub this off the site."
real examples would have been more useful. at the end of the day crytek said the same thing over a decade ago for ps3 and xbox 360 and yet their games were not native. still looked pretty good for consoles.
i'm leaning towards this actually. because the Wii-U had 3 gigabytes of memory and yet it was effectively as good as a ps3 and xbox 360. which had 512 megabytes of memory. ps3's memory was also split. and yet 3GBs didn't make much difference. not until consoles reached more flops did you notice a difference.
"sounds like a developer thing? "
it is. If it's texture streaming related that's actually connected to loading splash screens not being used long enough. where all data is then completely loaded in the background, in a single load. most notable last gen titles had this issue before - titles like uncharted 1, heavenly sword, Gears of war 2, and Enslaved. where every scene had textures streaming early on boot up. Gears 4 and 5 and Hell Blade have transition...
don't know what to make of it. only to say that SE does this in their FF games.
SE left a jarring low polygon dog in lightning returns. https://vignette.wikia.noco...
then they left a bunch of low resolution tanks in FFXV. (chapter 6) https://youtu.be/imqI-bbn5y...

even better, Awesome!
you forgot to put the time stamps of when those other reviews will be.
who knows how long now the next part will drift. in our current situation.
crazy that there needs to be a mod for that.
especially with how visible enemy counts are in this.
another great job for the moding community.

i was going to say that AMD has been the least qualified in making the best thermal designs.
(not anti AMD what so ever.) some of my next purchases will likely be AMD based.
but i will say that it does come with the territory. which is why i invested on a efficient water cooler.
PC gamers know plenty on the advantages of water cooling.
gamingbolt - "we'll start with the best version of the game first. moves strait to pc."
that was pretty quick....
Cerny - "One of our breakthroughs was finding a set of frequencies where the hotspot - meaning the thermal density of the CPU and the GPU - is the same. And that's what we've done. They're equivalently easy to cool or difficult to cool - whatever you want to call it."
"They're equivalently easy to cool or difficult to cool"
right from the engineer himself. maintaining the best medium for long term gaming will be ideal f...
"shorter campaign, cut out areas from the Original 1999 version and no extra replayability value makes it a hard sell at 60$."
guess i'll be waiting for it to drop in price as well. sheesh.
had a lot of fun with this game years back. if they could make future games as fun and entertaining that would be awesome news.
@ mania568
i would have agreed up until real components were then shared. And given that a number of components are from AMD. (and having owned a few AMD GPUs myself) it may be difficult to visualize, but the series X tear down gives insight on why heavy cooling was so necessary. you can see it for yourself the whole configuration would have burnt up without the thick holes and convex cooling.
depends on the power draw. if it's water cooled neither. but also water cooling is a more pricier solution.
https://youtu.be/KfM_nTTxft...
The clock speeds are tided to power draw. if that be the case (which it is) the console will be accustom to operating at higher thermals. (should the power draw increase) which is also AMD's design norm for some odd 20 years.
apart from playing other artists creations some creators might not see a bigger need for it on pc. but who knows. there's always room for all types of games on pc.
the series X does have a lot more hardware to work with.
we don't know yet though how much power is necessary for the next generation at different standards.
what is certain, the console has more than enough power to power our current generation of games at very, very high standards. we'll just have to wait and see for the next gen.
"NewMonday
@Vits
Because most developers still make games based on HDDs on PC.
But Star Citizen is practically unplayable without an SSD."
and here I thought Star Citizen was dead to console gamers.
now it's information is somehow useful for a console debate?
