Counting to 10 is challenging. That looks about right? Publish!
The $60 retail model doesn't apply to everything. It applies to far more than it should, but not everything.
Not sure why LexHazard has the disagrees, as that is pretty much exactly what Phil Spencer said.
It could make a lot of sense for an episodic game to debut on the Game Pass, and then release on disc/download once the full series is concluded.
Just don't call it upscaling, or you'll have Aenea and Bathyj on your case!
GtR35olution said that Scorpio will be made of pigs ears and centipede legs, and it'll smell of new car. Bloke is so crazy it isn't even worth arguing.
...
Well... But..
...
Ok. You win this round.
Maybe the funny bit was lost in translation?
Nope scratch that, it's just Abriael. It has never been clear what he actually thinks the word "hilarious" means.
Are gamingbolt really going to continue to break up someone else's interview into a series of clickbait articles?
Such a cheap dirty website.
Looks promising. Chronos is one of the better games on the Rift store. Oculus are doing a lot of good things in the VR space right now, Robo Recall is great fun.
I always felt Avatar would have made a far better game than film. The world is so well-realised, beautiful and captivating. It would have been amazing to be able to explore it, rather than see it go by as the background to a fairly tripe story.
The problem with Netflix and the like is that the service peaks at about 18Mb/sec bandwidth, regardless of what you have available. I have an LG OLED, and frankly Netflix UHD with Dolby Vision looks terrible even compared to regular Blu-Ray, let alone UHD.
@BRRubble he's not clueless. An old R9-290 can hit 4k30 in loads of titles. In fact with console-equivalent settings I'd be surprised if there were many games at all where that isn't achievable.
The problem is 30 fps plays like ass (especially for keyboard/mouse games), so 4k30 isn't desirable at all. And neither is a 400-550 USD gaming PC.
I agree with most of what you said, but I clicked disagree anyway because you keep calling him "Spence".
You want them to wait until a console is no longer relevant before telling people if it would have been worth buying?
Mixed reality doesn't have the same rendering demands as virtual reality though, so who knows?
Could be worse. My 980Ti ended up in the bin after about 2 months after a cooling mishap.
First sentence in the announcement talks about freedom to play on any device. And you know MS want to squeeze a subscription out of PC gamers, that has to be one of their ultimate goals in embracing PC gaming as they seem to be.
Or the article simply wasn't supposed to be a history lesson, or who-copied-who cat fight.
Where Gold and Xbox Game Pass go from here will be more interesting than how the the past. If Games With Gold and Xbox Games Pass co-exist, I wonder which service will be more lucrative to the partner publishers?
Guy must be a great analyst. I mean, Sisqo was obsessed with him.
