Well.....I'm set until 2026 😅 I was a PSPlus subscriber and also joined PSNow every now and then.....so for me paying $60 per year now and hopefully getting Premium for the next 4 years sounds like a great deal.
Hopefully the service will deliver.
Love all their games. Looking forward to their next project. Personally I think Shadow of the Colossus was their best game but Ico and Last Guardian were just as great.
Hopefully the PS5 performance is good since all the reviewers played on PC.

Well deserved! While the technical aspect can and should be improved, it is great to see a new IP made with obvious care and over topping the charts.

When minor sites do reviews like this one (that clearly go against the VAST majority of reviewers), it is hilarious to check their past history.
They also gave God of War an 8... Battlefield 2042 being the mess that it was also got an 8....

This actually looks legit. No external cameras and a single cable are WAY better than the original model.
Hopefully all the games released for the PS4 version will be compatible.
It could be a victim of more realistic graphics.
For example, that horrible live action Dumbo movie we got recently. Hitting an ultrarealistic CG elephant felt a lot more agressive than seeing it with dated animation.
All the things that this game did on PS2, might not translate well to 2022 politically but also 4K graphics 🤷♂️
A proper single player and no loading times are enough for me....also it seems like all cars are "high quality" models unlike previous versions that recycled assets.
As a Tokyo resident, I constantly see Series S stock (I actually bought one a few months back just because they've had it in stock).
However, getting a PS5 around here remains IMPOSSIBLE. I was lucky enough to get an Amazon preorder, but otherwise the only way to get one around here is by entering a Lottery (all retailers have them) and the possibility if actually winning is usually under 5%.
Even though the game got good reviews, people saw it as more of Avengers (a game that was a hot mess).
Well deserved. It is amaazing to see how much Guerilla Games has grown. I've played around 12 hours so far and I'm loving the new characters, the human settlements and the facial animations.

I've played around ten hours and so far I'm really impressed.
It fixes the main problems I had with the original: mediocre sidequests and generic NPCs.
The new machines are also really badass. So far 9/10 from me. With my ONE complaint being that the button mapping is a bit odd for some actions and the platforming could've been tighter.
It's not for everyone. Demons Souls on PS5 was my first "Souls" game and I HATED the first 3 hours or so....basically me dying without accomplishing anything.
At some point something clicked and I got much better. I ended up getting the Platinum (something I rarely do).
Now wondering if Elden Ring will have the same effect on me.
