Reach looks surprisingly appealing. As a PSVR2 owner, I think there's already tons of quality software.
Sadly, people seem toe expect games like Uncharted and The Last of Us and it just doesn't make financial sense.
Hoping the new Resident Evil has a VR mode down the line since RE4 was absolutely stellar.

Actually the situation in Japan is VERY unique and different to America.
Every single retailer is doing lotteries....meaning you apply to get one and if you are lucky you get an invite. Usually it takes about a week or so to find out.
Also Japan has 2 models. The Japanese only model for ¥50,000 and the "international" model for ¥70,000. The expensive model is only available directly from Nintendo.

The PS5 Pro is the first Sony console I don't get at launch. I live in Japan and we went from ¥45,000 for the PS4 Pro to ¥120,000 for the PS5 Pro.

After playing RE4:Remake on PSVR2 I felt like Silent Hill 2 had potential to be so much more and we will probably never get it.
If Alien delivers, it's because it used the VR format well.

You are not wrong. Got it on PSVR2 because of the hype and some great reviews from Youtubers in the VR community. So far, not impressed. The graphics are a bit of a letdown (blurry and dated). I heard that adjusting the headset's brightness to 100% helps.
I tried it on Quest 3 and it seems to be clearer mostly because of the brightness which makes everything look gray and washed out.
I will finish it since I already bought it but so far, even a crapp...

I got really sick once or twice with PSVR1 but never with PSVR2.
I think the tech is much better and for me, having a fan flowing air directly at me REALLY solves any issues.

The world "mediocre" is quite vague / non-existent in Japanese....so a lot the nuance could be getting lost in translation.
Lol....at this point Nintendo is mostly fighting with fans. My launch system is ANCIENT. Even Echoes of Wisdom struggles with the frame rate.

They need to increase their AA output. Instead of chasing GOTY with every release (one flop is often enough to kill a studio).
