They've got Mario Kart and Xenoblade Chronicles 3 DLC through the end of 2023. Edit - Not to mention the inevitable Pokémon DLC.
There can be news articles on game sites, and whiny forum posts, but that won't impact sales at the end of the day, I don't feel.
If anything, the declining quality of the Fantastic Beasts movies are a bigger harm to the brand.
Your definition of "risk" is what?
Playing as a cat, where the only enemies are pink balls and blue grids of light that turn red and kill you after 5 seconds?
Or... trusting in the vision of a very small developer with little proven independent history or track record?
Stray was a very relaxing game. I enjoyed it very very much. My dog even barked at the cat a few times. They really nailed the movement. This is Blue Twelve'...
A game where you play as a cute cat in an inviting environment releasing in the middle of summer surrounded by zero major releases, versus a game where you play as a hideous monster in a dark, unwelcoming environment that looks like the inside of a digestive tract, releasing in the same time frame as every major game this fall.
The game could suck but it deserves a chance to prove itself, just like that game built on the same technology for a very similar amount of dev time...
The same way that Stray was totally underwhelming, as another Unreal Engine-built, 4-6 hour game that was in development since 2015.
First ever title from this indie developer and its publisher (not Microsoft owned) and y'all are trying to rewrite history that this is some mega funded title straight out of the first party...
It was shown during Xbox's third-party-focused event before they even showed off their own Series titles, had some developer-released videos, and had a release date trailer in this year's summer showcase.
It was absolutely not marketed as a AAA effort or grouped into those titles.
Army of Two is primarily co-op. Not exactly what I'd call for when calling for more single player games...
The guy is a YouTuber that specializes in mobile games.
He's not an addict, he did this intentionally and knowingly with his streaming money.
Gotta agree, Venom.
Colossal failure of planning and leadership shouldn't be rewarded just because the released product, salvaged by one person's joining of the team, was decent relative to what it failed to actually be.
Staten got it into a state where it got GotY rewards, rewards I feel now that were given under rose tinted optics of what the 2020 release could've been coupled with the early promises of such a solid gameplay foundation.
That human POS came to my city just to help mob a mall during the 2020 protests. Zero charges against this asshole.
The graphics look like they improved.
Batgirl looks the most fun to play of the bunch.
They took the absolutely wrong page from Horizon with her annoying monologues and constant need to make remarks spoiling any sense of discovery/player agency.
Yeah, IGN has a typo. It is not coming to Xbox One natively, it'll be playable only through Cloud Streaming.
The Xbox site even says it's a next-generation RPG available exclusively on Xbox Series and PC.
Abriael, these guys don't know at all what they're really complaining about. They see a price tag and out comes the whining on something they'll go out of their way to ignore the proper context of.
Yep, look at me, totally being part of the problem of... acknowledging the reality that Flight Simulator is used as a legit simulation application with a marketplace that allows third party content.
This is a third-party developer building this plane for this simulation application.
Flight Simulator isn't Fortnite or COD
Maybe read the review you're commenting on, or look at the general sentiment of the people actually playing it. Not a difficult concept
Just how much less could you care?
Personally, as another PS5 owner (since launch), I care more about gamers getting systems at affordable prices than billion-dollar-profiting companies profiting even more. Let Sony make up the difference through software royalties and the never-ending stream of free-money they generate off PSN MTX.
If they do a price bump, then whatever that's to for however long won't matter; a restoration to launch-MSRP would ...
Elden Ring actually feels the smoothest on Xbox, due to its implementation of VRR and low-frame compensation. The world premiere of Elden Ring also took place at Microsoft's E3 2019 showcase. In the UK at least, Xbox made up nearly as much of initial sales as the others - 32%, 30%, 29%, and 9% between PS5, PC, Xbox, and PS4.
I don't want to see Microsoft purchase a company just because - I played it on PS5 myself since that's just where I prefer to play FROM gam...
