Keep them coming valve. TF2 never gets old due to Valves constant updates.
Sure the 360 looks like a blurryfest with low res textures when compared to the PC. Same is true for the PS3. Whats your point?

45usd is a bargain imo for a launch game.
can choose to play it on mouse keyboard, 360 controller or the ps3 controller all with the pcs superior graphics and fps.
PC really does everything.
the ps3 wireless controller is the best in the market. 360 wireless feels bulky, i dont like it.
motionjoy is perfect.
however if you are using a 64bit os like vista or windows 7, then they automatically block unassigned drivers(you will need to manually force windows to accept unassigned drivers). A work around to this you need to install readydriverplus (this disables the windows automatic driver enforcement).

you can use the ps3 controller on the pc too, works via motionjoy. Wirelessly or wired take your choice.
you should try putting the 360 disk into the original xbox and see what happens.
original xbox is 10yrs old too, sure it wont play the latest games, same goes for the pc.
though with the pc you could give a new agp card which will cost you 100usd and it will still play the game like the 360 can @720p.
the last game was a repeatfest.
Ubisoft has nice concepts with their games, but the repeatfests ruin games.

its the most versatile platform out there. Gets more exclusives then any of the consoles (i dont really care about the exclusives count though thats for the fanbois on n4g). when it come to multiplats there is no contest. Not to mention the cost of gaming on a PC is cheaper then owning a console.
Overall consoles just cant touch the PC.

Ps3 uses an Nvidia gpu, clearly sony knew adding a second cell would not keep up with the xbox 360 hence they opted to use pc tech. The ps3 would not be what it is today had they not used the RSX.
I am not saying sony is not capable of developing a good gpu, however doing this would require a huge budget one which sony might not want to invest so...
you better hope pc gaming isnt dead.. how will the tech for your next gen console be developed then?

i use motionjoy on my pc to hook up the ps3 controller wirelessly on my pc works like a charm.
IMO ps3 controller is probably the best wireless controller out there and equiping that with a true hd machine like the PC is just epic.
also since motionjoy sees the ps3 controller as if its a xbox controller, all games automatically get mapped to use the ps3 controller just as if it would work on the console. However instead of seeing the ps3 symbols on the screen you...
i really hope this sells well, unfortunately it probably wont sell as well as modern milkfare 2.
ppl just wish the game gets better on their platform, hence all the disagrees on panda.

crysis 2 pc probably be the game to dethrone the current graphics king crysis 1 pc.
though its not a good sign that no game has so far managed to come close to crysis 1, not good for industry progress.

gears of war 1 - gears of war 2... not much of a difference
uncharted 1 - uncharted 2... not much of a difference
halo 3 - halo odst... not much of a difference
the list goes on. anyone thinking there is a large difference between the sequels is deluded.
its not hard to max out a 360.
most games now run at 720p or below and mostly fps is limited to 30fps.
If the 360 did have more power, then its not difficult to run the games at 1080p. Which is evidience enough that the 360 or even the ps3 for that matter are running at their limits. small optimisations may come however we cannot expect a large jump from these consoles.
most ppl already have dual core pcs.. all the pc needs to beat the xbox or ps3 is a 100usd gpu.
then games on pc are cheaper.
for most ppl it may be cheaper to go pc instead of xbox.
there is a negligble difference between the ps3 and 360 gpu, which is why all multiplats on both the systems look almost alike.
Overall both the gpus are really old, anyone concerned about graphics should consider an upto date gpu on the PC.
gpus on the 360 or ps3 get beaten hands down by 3yr old gpus on the PC.
