Dont mind Barragan, hes a ps3 fanboy who believes ps3 is some supercomputer from the future. Which is why he gets all butthurt when there is nothing on the ps3 which can out do even multiplats on the pc, let alone crysis.
Crysis on very high settings is insane.
means while uc2 gets outdone by any of the multiplats on the pc.
Tombraider underworld, Assassins creed (pc versions) easily out do uncharted.
why do you assume i praise the 360?
360 is pretty much in the same boat as the ps3, outdated.
again if the ps3 did have head room uncharted 2 would have been 1080p with full AA running at 60 fps, thats not happening hardware is limited. Lets accept it.
i wonder why naughty dog didnt run Uncharted 2 @ 1080p 60fps 8x AA if the ps3 has so much potential left on it.
it couldnt possibly be the 4yr old gpu within the ps3.
ps3 version will be low/med settiong almost no AA.
any 2 yr old pc with a decent gpu will out perform it. by decent i mean a 88xx series nvidia card or 48xx series ati.
the games a blast on the pc.
along with the sort of support valve games get on pc, its worth every cent.
best graphics are just reserved for the pc all of us know it.

crysis 2 wont be topped by anything until the next console gen is out, like 2012 or 13 whatever. unless crytek decides so.
batman AA and borderlands were both best on the pc. unless you ment on consoles. Both were about a tie on either console.
xbox loses to the pc too. its just not the ps3.
now if you are comparing the ps3 to the xbox, then they will be about even.
i wonder what res the xbox version will be running at?
maybe 600p with 25fps low AA or maybe none at all.
the first masseffect had bad fps issues on the 360, i wouldnt be surprised if the same was true for this one.
didnt we hear reports of 360's getting RROD issues due to this game in beta testing, would be funny if those issues surfaced on the final version.

even obselete games like mw2 make consoles cry.. mw2 runs on both the consoles at 600p, dirty textures. Lets not even talk about cryengine it probably will be running at sub-540p 25fps just to run on the consoles.

if a game comes out on the pc, and at that time the hardware cant run it at 1080p. maybe someone runs it at 720p.
later on when the user upgrades. he gets 1080p free. no need to buy the game again.

and it will be hard for some ppl who would like to play their ps3 games on the ps4.
then we will have sony selling us uncharted 1-2 on 1080p ps4 versoin, i bet ppl will bend over for it just the way ppl bend over for god of war.

console gaming is expensive vs pc
due to high prices of games on consoles. pc games maybe cheaper by 10-25usd. which puts mid range gpu upgrades as much more cost effective option vs a console.
not to mention console like xbox fail
need to pay to go online.

charged dlcs (which are sometimes free on pc)
in the end all of that adds up.
console cant be cheaper then pc.. ...
what kind of cpu do you have? and how much memory on the mb?
depending on your existing setup a 150usd-180usd upgrade may be enough to last the gen.
something like a 4890 gpu thats some serious horse power.
heck even then a 8series card still runs circles around consoles.
snes games came a cartridge.. and nintendo was ripping ppl back in the day.
last gen was 49usd...
then microsoft had to get greedy.
all it takes to max out the games i mentioned on pc is a 3yr old 8800gtx which released with the ps3. ps3 was obselete when it released sad isnt it?
Uncharted is just 1 game and yea i see uncharted running assissns creed running at max looks alot better then uncharted. the 8800gtx pretty much sweeps the floor with the ps3 in any multiplat.
so no its not the cutting edge on pc.
