Asides this any of todays games running in 1080p. A new Direct X is like a new graphics gen give it time games will be out.
Isnt it obvious already all the multiplats just are superior on the PC.
This will be awesome, cant wait. Great to be a PC gamer.
COD as a franchise has been milked and needs a rest. People will get bored of it if a COD title is out every year. Knowing Activision they are going to do just that. Just like all their other games where they milk the crap out of the Franchise.
I havent seen any true progress in this Franchise since MW1. The later two just seem to be Map packs.
Hopefully such comments and bad sales will make these developers learn the hard way.
If anything console gamers should be demanding dedicated servers and the ability to mod their games. So that they dont need to pay for map pack after map pack.
Though good luck with that happening on a console, the sole focus of console developers is to milk as much as they can.
Thats cause they have never been brainwashed with a dozen advertisements thrown their way everyday.
Look at all those 360 gamers run to buy the next 360 after the last RROD.
microsoft or sony would not like a mmo like WOW coming to their platform.
mmos are a time sink anyone who plays them doesnt buy anything else also its the cheapest form of entertainment you can get.

Gaming on Consoles is restrictive and very costly compared to PC.
Sure i enjoy exclusives on the PS3, however for any other sort of gaming i am always back on the PC.
Lets not even talk about the 360 with its:
RROD issues
pay to go online
pay for every DLC free on PC

The Industry needs to take a lesson from Blizzard on supporting old games. Their games just dont die.
Played 20hours of MP so far. Game is rock solid overall. my 4870x2 runs this game @ 100fps+ 1080p.
Its rpg of the year material easy.
Whenever this does come out, its easily a strong contender for RPG of the year.
you will need an OS regardlless of upgrading or not and most likely you already do have one no need to buy it again.
sure a pc fom 2004 wont play current games at 1080p, however anything as recent as 3yrs old will. Anyone serious into Gaming doesnt mind spending 100usd on a gpu to be able to play @1080p, something consoles cant do on all their games. They do it for like 5% of their games.
Does it really matter if a single game out of 20played in a year is game of the year. I have played uncharted 2 on my PS3 its a great game however as a personal preference i enjoyed Dragon age on the PC far far more.

Marvel vs Capcom (mame version)
Wrestle Mania the Arcade (mame version)
Yoshis Island
Its been a ton of fun.
