yeah. i can definitely deal with the speaker once the volume is lowered. at one point i had it off completely. don't get me wrong. i don't think its a bad controller. its comfortable, its a good size, looks cool etc. i just feel like it was a bit overkill to some degree.
i disagree completely except for the speaker. i think the light bar is distracting and annoying both by its radiant glow in dim settings and the reflection it produces on my tv (even in dim mode). the audio speaker sounds crap. the sticks are kinda weird and the battery sucks. the touchpad feels pointless in most cases and its too small for the one thing it could do well (letter input on the dash keyboard).

i dunno if i agree with 60 fps being the standard. fluid movement is great, but it also eliminates the ability to to have effects like motion blur etc which sometimes make things feel more real to me. also - sometimes the graphics, aliasing, shadows, effects have to be pared back a bit. I think its good for fps and racing sims.
look at games like drive club, ryse and the order. 30 fps (and being closed world on rails for that matter) allows them to really crank up the gr...
