Man I'm seriously tempted to sell my ps4 and get it all in white. Economically it's probably a really stupid idea but the white just looks so badass to me.
Because I'm not excited about the same game you are? That's pretty stupid.
Dude if you disagree then just simply disagree. Don't need your life story. This game is all flash no substance. I like tuning and tweaking the cars. Can't do it here. Just my opinion.
Meh. Sim or gtfo.
I actually agree. I don't think the x1 or ps4 were quite ready yet, and that ms and sony ended up just trying to race each other to the gate... hence all the big "next gen" games coming in 2015. I don't mind the indie games available on the ps4, but considering I bought a "next gen" console" to get "next gen" experiences, the indies while good, don't scratch that itch. they are all games that could be run on the ps3, or even the ps2 for that m...
i don't mind the indie games. a lot of them are surprisingly good and affordable. my gripe is just a lack AAA games to compliment them.... to exploit the power of the system. a lot of this stuff I could have played on the ps3 or 360. i realize graphics don't make a great game, but I could have/should have just waited til the end of the year to upgrade.
sigh... is it 2015 yet?
i've been pretty impressed with games with gold so far. probably more so than ps+' offerings, but its not like the ps+ offerings suck by comparison.... they do have Strider for free right now and thats one of my classic fav's.
i think ea access is a better deal as of current pricing (that will most likely change), though i also don't really think its fair to compare EA's first party locally executed software service paid by subscription to Sony's first and third party rental streaming service paid by usage. they are two completely different models. that said, i think the ps4 will be fine without ea access and i don't really think people will freak out about it on the x1 side. i think it could be po...
I have been checking this out and my thoughts are this. I think the service is pretty cool and the quality is pretty good. I think the pricing or model needs to change though. If you compare the cost of renting vs purchasing, it's cheaper to purchase and you get the bonus of no time limits and superior quality experience. If they do something like a netflix model, or have a free demo period, or bonuses for ps+ members, that would be more enticing to me personally.

It actually is windows 8. A stripped down version of it at least. The UI is meant to be consistent across all the "8" devices. Personally I like it. It's very functional. Some menus could be simplified or not so buried tho.
Weird. Mine seems fine 99% of the time. It certainly does some quirky stuff but not often. My ps4 dash gets bogged down a little sometimes but even that doesn't happen often enough to complain about. My personal gripe with x1 right now is that the "xbox on" voice command seems to rarely work after the last update. Strangely every voice command after that works perfectly fine.
i'd vote for gran turismo since there doesn't seem to be any other racing sims coming to ps4 in the foreseeable future.
fact: "better games" is not a fact, its an opinion.
fact: the ps4 dominates sales
fact: the xb1 dominates functionality
fact: disagreeing with your comment is disagreeing with your assessment - which is... an opinion. :)
ah sweet. this is the perfect article to call to order the daily d*** measuring contest. let us devolve humanity based on superficial, consumer loyalty! lets watch as everybody fights to make sure they gave their hard earned money to the right company and every one knows that if you didn't do the same, youre wrong.
you can't change a tire without stopping the car every now and then.
a) thats old. B) most of those games are indie games furthering the point of the article i'd say.
rough week for xbl. Sort your sh** ms.
you bet :)

I certainly hope so considering it's one of the reasons I bought a ps4
