I love my Vita, I put more hours into it than my PS3 last year. But...the 3DS is getting all of the good RPGs. Yes, the Vita got some great games last year, but not enough.
Considering how great MLB: The Show series is, I could see a lot of people buying PS4's just for this series.
CES is quite a large event. Last year attendance topped 150,000 people, not including live streams from viewers at home and live blogs.
Announcing a major game like Uncharted at CES would be huge for Sony and the PS4. Just a small teaser mind you. Most likely a technical demo of the game, with a more substantial reveal at E3.
Ouch...that sucks. I almost had that happen to me when I was working in the US, but had recently moved to Canada.
According to the pre-order charts at VGChartz.com, the PS3 version of the remake is higher than LR:FF13...so we'll see come March. I don't have the PS Vita version pre-ordered yet, but I plan on doing that sometime in the next few weeks.
Sorry, I meant currently released parts, my bad. I was hoping this was something that could be done on a software level for say, my A10-4600M (laptop APU).
IMO, FF 12 is one of the more underrated Final Fantasy games released. It was just a solid game/RPG overall and in many ways, better than FFX.
EDIT: lol at the disagrees :-P
Good. Maybe now Square will realize games want something new...oh wait...
All joking aside, FF XIII-3 never interested me. I was turned off completely after the abysmal Final Fantasy 13. What I would REALLY like to see is, wait for it;
Final Fantasy XII (12) HD for the PS Vita/PS3 (or PS4)
EDIT: it seems Yoshinori Kitase would like to bring FF12 HD to the PS Vita - source: 4544d ago 31 agree8 disagreeView comment
I'm guessing this won't affect mobile APUs?
It's robot designs. And many of the main characters/designs are already created, or at least being collaborated on.
Also, who cars if she's played Mega Man? This is a spiritual successor, not a sequel. She's played platforming and other similar games, not to mention she's not developing the gameplay. So that's not an issue either.
As for the "feminist agenda", is there really an issue with her trying to bring in more female desig...
I have a laptop, but the sneak peek ran pretty good, solid 30+ fps. But the early access build, with the same settings, struggled to maintain 25-30 fps :(
Seriously, she's a community manager who has a small bit of input with the developer. People are overreacting by a crazy amount.
Great to hear. Hoping this game gets enough funding to make it a full proper racing game like the Flatout games.
407GB seems fair considering how much we lose instantly because of hardrives themselves, and then the space the system/OS takes up.
So many games to review in January, bring it on :D
THAT makes sense. Seriously, if anyone thought that was a leak...yeah...
Thanks for the update. I didn't read through the entire thread over at neogaf but I knew as soon as I saw the pictures that it wasn't a leak (at least not internally).
That's...not a leak. Seriously, the owner of that PS4 must have spilled something on it, or something. Or perhaps A LOT of dust? If something was leaking to that magnitude, there's no way the PS4 would have continued to operate for so long.
VGChartz.com currently (as of December 21st) has the PS4 as 3.4 million units and the XB1 at 2.4 million units.
Same day as Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD for PS Vita and PS3? Smart...
/sarcasm
Hopefully this isn't the case. I like Borderlands 2, playing it on PC as we speak, but I will pick FF X|X-2 HD for the PS Vita over anything else that comes out that day/week.
I just hope they include cross save functionality for the PS3/PS Vita versions. I would love to carry over my current game to the Vita. That might actually get me to buy this, eventually.
It's pretty simple...
1) They are spreading themselves too thin. Even if the company is only working on two projects at a time, they are still on multiple platforms (360, PS3, PS Vita, PC, and iOS?) They either need to hire more people, or improve their processes, which leads me to
2) QA. Their games regardless of platform, always release with bugs and major technical issues (lag/framerate drops). It doesn't make the games unplayable, but it does dete...
