Sony, if anything will benefit from more console sales due to the jailbreak, and all systems throughout the gaming decades have suffered piracy. I remember copying tapes/discs back in the golden era of gaming.
Dreamcast MKII would be great if the support was there. But remember, even in Japan, Sega was always No.3 in the console race throughout all of its console releases in Japan.

This is the most technically advanced, graphically astounding, incredibly hardcore FPS I have witnessed on a console full stop!
I am completely sold on this...my only regret is being fixated to the the video footage which appears to be a whole level. I kinda ruined it for myself since I know what will happen on this level...but it was too alluring to switch off!

I'm not sure we need a Sony handheld. I would much prefer Sony quit the handheld market and use the R&D funds on marketing the hell out of the PS3 and all those AAA games heading our way.
Nintendo have always dominated this market and with the jump in cell phone tech, do we really need a slew of new handhelds. I think not.

PS3 £190 trade in is not bad at all. If you consider 360 Slim offers £95 against the 3DS.

I respect Bizarre as a developer. I thoroughly enjoyed the PGR series when I owned a 360. However, I cannot see that Sony really needs them. Therefore, I wish them future success.
Interestingly, it would be awesome to see a PS3 exclusive Perfect Dark if Sony were to buy this talented studio. Although, besides PGR nothing in Bizarres portfolio has moved me.
These hacks are making competitive multi-player games redundant. The real losers aren't us legitimate gamers...it will be the developer/publishers, because if they do nothing about it, nobody will buy online only games or will avoid playing online after single player mode is completed.

With every quality 1st party game Sony releases, it is enough to justify purchasing a PS3 alone.
Yes, I/We appreciate 3rd party multi-platform games...but the point i'm making is if there weren't many 3rd party games, I would still be completely satisfied with my PS3 :)

360 was the place to go for great games. It could be argued PS3 was looking underwhelming in comparison (circa 06/07) to the 360's titles.
But now the PS3 has the enviable position of being the home to awesome and amazing looking games.
The 360 fan boys were left to play their endless Gears, Halo sequels.

QTE's are cool when used for big action sequences such as Heavy Rain & Shenmue.

I purchased 360 (Dec 2005) launch day. It lasted approx 3 months then RROD. Replaced in store same day. Then my new replacement 360 RROD 9 months later. The store wouldn't take it again and said call MS. I did, they repaired/returned to me within 10 days. I lost confidence and sold to a work colleague for £100 2 days prior to PS3 launch.
Purchased 60GB launch PS3, within 7 - 8 months the Bluray icon disappeared form XMB menu, I couldn't play games form disc, b...
The 360 is limited by it's DVD format and 6 core processor set up. I'm a PS3 owner and i'll admit 'Graphically', the 360 can do most, if not all the visuals of PS3, but it's the processor of the 360 that would have a tough time moving them on screen to the same level as PS3 as the CELL is factually more advanced.
Agree or not...it's a fact that even MS would yield to.

HHG is interesting for the industry. I like his reach out to Joe average low budget madness. He's keeping it real in-terms of production value. Sony see something in him to, or they would never sponsor him.
