We really shouldn't blame the developers...it's the publisher that needs shooting. Treyarch are talented but the publisher tells them what to do (like at your place of work buddy), so action acti-shite and leave infinity (what's left of them) ward to do their jobs.
In a weird and quite remarkable way, this lawsuit could work in Sony's favor. Imagine the panic buying that will take place if consumers believe it'll be hard to get hold of hardware. The legal costs are already part of the contingency budget....you think this is the first time either company has been sued??
...and still in these dark days the PS3 has the best line up of any console this generation.
The PS3 lives suckers!!
Wake up and smell the Starbucks.....PS3 is awesome :)
*Nice cut n paste job below....
Microsoft tell consumers lies, Sony tell consumers lies....
But i'd prefer to be hoodwinked by Sony as justified by their awesome line up of exclusives.
MS lie to their users and give them nothing but hand motion hardware (presumably to give them the finger).
....and Acti-shite don't deserve it.

WTF is the big deal here. 41.6 million consoles in consumer homes is a great figure.
They all lie about figures to drum up support and confidence. Do none of you fanboys (360 & PS3) understand business?
...obviously not, so go crawl back into that fanboy hole and play on your consoles you fudge pickers lool
*Disclaimer Neither SONY OR MICROSOFT CORP will be totally honest to consumers.
Gone are the days when games are released fully fixed. Now we have multi player on consoles as standard, things are more complicated, even if a beta is commissioned things get missed. Now stop whining like bitches and give GG credit for acting so swiftly...(okay you're not bitches, but some of you love complaining)...COD always gets brought up...always! COD is not the holy grail of FPS's understand???
Now, Now come on...lets be good little gamers and share..
....but not these franchises Lool
Uncharted
Killzone
Gran Turismo
Infamous
Socom
Resistance
LBP
GOW
Or anything Quantic Dream has up it's sleeves!
ROFL!!!
@Chromer
Thank you...another example of the lows N4G will go to approve these senseless articles. The PS3 cannot hope to compete with a next gen engine...and that's a PS3 supporter telling you this. FFS quit the whack articles already!!
I can see all the headlines now ...'Man gets robbed on the tube, ipad2 stolen' ...'Thief robs a woman in the street for her ipad2'.
I mean we cannot live in fear, but these devices are pure eye candy to the thieves in the street. Same can happen to 3DS/NGP/PSP yes, but at least those devices are more concealable. Just saying...
@Guigsy
I know just what you mean....but all these pointless articles can do is speculate. Nobody knows how awesome it will be, but i'm 99.5% sure (based on previous releases) this game will impress.
Hopefully MW3 will turn out awesome too. I see no reason why the two games cannot co-exist.
However, I do feel the COD series needs to mature/grow up a little, and come out of the casual mainstream notion of 'Well everyone's b...
KZ3 is awesome online, but it's a little short on content and has minor balancing issues. Lag wise it's palpable, and fun to play. But I am awaiting GG's MP patch which will straighten things out. I just hope the patching isn't ongoing as there's little wrong with KZ3. Get it if you haven't already....you won't regret :)
I want all the major consoles to succeed. It's the gamers than win through competitive markets. I hope the 360, wii and PS3 all stick around for another 3 years minimum. But something tells me MS are going to announce the next box within the next 18 months. It should be fully backward compatible and will be more reliable. Question is....are we ready to pump another 300 - 400 hundred pounds into our hobby when the 3 systems are still very much viable? ...i'll always stick with Sony mer...
I'd re-purchase Op's if it was fixed 100%. I managed to complete campaign (trophy hunt)and suffer the poor MP, managing to get prestige. But that's because i'm stubborn and did not want to trade it in...but nobody should stress themselves with a game that is severely damaged as OPS was/is.
...Can anyone tell me (truthfully), has it improved?... or are we still hopeful?
Yep you're absolutely right....and I do Play KZ3.
I really want MW3 to be amazing. I don't hate the series like some, but MP OP's was a mitigated disaster on PS3.
At the end of the month...I buy good, playable games form whatever publisher/developer.
I'm still tripping off Bad Company 2. That is one sick game. Dare to play it on highest difficulty, you feel like you really are out in the field with just 1 bullet away from impending doom.
I play it with a heavy bass sub woofer....Here that RPG go Boooooom!!
DICE are one of the best FPS developers out there.
They made you wait for this DLC whilst 360 had it already. The PS3 version sucks online and 7 patches later it still sucks. I traded my copy already and all the COD squad will berate me for this, but you can't deny Activision don't give a fk about our version. The 360 is their priority.
I will testify that I did really enjoy the campaign mode though. It's a shame, I tried to get along with Op's but it didn't want to get along with my PS3.
After too many patches that did nothing to improve what was without question 'Broken', i'm sure I don't care for this DLC. I sold my copy of OP's after 2 weeks.
Wait...isn't there like a 7th patch released for this game this week!! ROFL
@Kran
Agreed....Bubble up dude!
