yeah, sadly when the PS3 gets a new game, or games that were once thought to be Xbox exclusive, misguided 360 owners start complaining.
All 3 consoles are good for different gamers, for different reasons.
The wii demographic has a much younger audience than the other two consoles, yet aren't nearly as immature as both 360 & PS3 owners.
Let's just be grateful both consoles have great games.

There's 3-4 years of juice left in the PS3, regardless of its current spec. Remember PS2 had the best performance in its twilight years.
Developers become more efficient, games get better.
Bottlenecks? ...every system has bottlenecks, a developer will find them whilst becoming proficient with new tech.

The wii was probably never designed for the long haul. Nintendo made a console with an intentional low shelf life. When you think about it, the last 2 maybe 3 consoles were less successful than the other competitors and even their own SNES.
We all suspected Nintendo used a souped up Gamecube with wii simply to introduce motion gaming. Job, done, now expect the next Nintendo console to be significantly more powerful than what we might be expecting.

Halo Reach is the only game on the 360 that I envy. Obviously, it will NEVER come to a Sony console, let alone PS3.. but I have to confess I've eye'd it up on the odd occasion. Not dismissing the 360's other stellar titles. But I completed Halo 1, 2 so i'm familiar with the back story. But, I only have time, funds for one console.

Yes, it seems that way. But at least a sports game has a confounding connection to the player. I've still enjoyed a few crap footy, tennis and racing games. But all the titles in this genre across all platforms stink!
If I seem negative about this game, it's just not my thing is all. I fully appreciate it has a following. The publishers must be making money from the series, otherwise it would have expired years ago.

Yeah, I purchased Bully when I was a (RIP)360 owner. Come to think of it, a lot of my friends bought it too. Granted, it was never a multi-million seller, but does a game have to be to be considered a super selling success ala COD series? No, IMO....
