Actually it's sold almost 130K this year and is in the top 40 selling titles released on XBLA since inception hailing it a major commercial success. It is also the highest rated title on XBLA along with Castlevania (Both with a Metacritic of 89).
In comparison, it was a massive commercial flop on both the Dreamcast and Playstation 2 when the lesser version was released many years prior.

Well actually Molyneux has confirmed you can fight while pregnant (so being bashed is possible) and that whilst they think some people may be offended they have not yet removed it.

I just want to see Ninja Theory do another film spoof smash bros game like Kung Fu Chaos. That really was an underrated party gem, but sunk cause MS didn't get it or support it, poor buggers seem to have got the same treatment with Sony!

Either buy the Lost Chapters version PC/Xbox or download for 1200points off Live. Well worth the playthrough and whilst not particularly difficult and probably boxy in appearance by today's standards it's still an awesome game and a unique RPG. The personality and humour of the whole package will see you through! To me it's a 9/10 for 1200 points. An absolute bargain! :)

Errr... Did you ever think that perhaps MS has been developing their Avatars over a considerably long period (whispers into Strboy's ear "about 2years") but decided not to make vulnerable promises (aka Home, Killzone 2, Alan Wake, Too Human...) years in advance?
And as for Avatars, if you think they're competing with Home you're sadly mistaken. Home is shooting for Second Life like realism, Avatars are more Rare influenced caricatures and cartoon characters.

It's also why Halo 3 was so highly rated. Almost a year after it's release and nobody has come close to the mulitplayer variety, user generated content and online integration in the console space.
Of all the ones you mention I only forsee Spore and LBP coming close. In fact Spore will probably top it! The Web 2.0 functionality just with the creature creator is ridiculous.
