"Nintendo has kind of upset the cycle of hardware, I think."
Just like they did with the Wii U, right? Oh wait ...
It really seems like Nintendo is kind of lost right now. I wasn't a fan of Iwata and the direction that he took the company, but at least he seemed to have a clear vision of where they were going, even if that vision was ultimately a disappointment. As for now, they don't seem to know what they are doing.
For collecting purposes, yes. But if you just want to play the game, the remade versions are going to be much, much better than the PS2 original. I preordered all three versions, and will pick up two of them tomorrow at Best Buy. Played through the demo on PS4 and loved it.
If they really plan to release a "physical" version with no disc included, they're going to be sorely disappointed by the poor sales. I was going to buy this Day 1, but if it's digital only, I'll wait for a cheap sale price later.
Don't shill your silly Twitter account here, no one cares about it.
They'll never answer his question, because this article (and the previous one about the PS4 "dividing the market"), were both written for clicks, and nothing more.
Gamingbolt at it's hypocritical finest.
Wow, gamingbolt (aka Rashid Sayed) really shows a huge bias against the PS4 with hypocritical articles like this one, as pointed out by paranoid1971 above. Just look at the previous article Rashid wrote, titled "PS4 NEO Will Divide The Market, CPU Bound Games Will Still Struggle For Better Performance":

Nope, they were planning to start mass production later this year, in order to have enough units available for the March 2017 launch. If this delay rumor is true, then the NX will very likely be delayed past that time.
You're right. And they could call it the "New Virtual Boy", in keeping with their fantastic console naming history.
Sounds like the NX is going to be delayed well past March of 2017. Let's hope that, if it is indeed a handheld, it's much better than the substandard 3DS. Hopefully also, it won't be based around a bad gimmick like that system was.
Wow, Nintendo is really only showing one game, despite having a huge amount of space reserved? Are they just trying to make themselves look bad on purpose? Not a good sign for the future of the company.
@ Aenea - Agreed. How can it be a "final verdict" when VR hasn't really even come out yet? Ridiculous title for an article.
Another garbage gamingbolt article looking for clicks, don't fall for it!
Why isn't Rashid Sayed posting here in the comment section, damage controlling his terrible clickbait article? Maybe because he already knows it was just written for clicks?
Yeah, that's why.
"NX will have a ton of software, a ton. "
How do you know? I genuinely want to know, take your time.
Yet there is almost nothing else to show, Nintendo has clearly already moved on from the Wii U to other projects.
VGchartz just updated the sales numbers for Star Fox Zero, and they went DOWN by 70k units, from 330k worldwide as of 4/30 to 260k as of 5/7. This game is bombing hard, looks like even the diehard Nintendo fans aren't touching it.
"New Virtual Boy" confirmed, Stealth20k was right! That guy is an absolute genius!
