Well, for it's worth, game previews were pretty negative. I'll try to play it by myself before passing judgement, but it's not exactly the Vita game I'm anticipating the most.

How can a love for Macho Man go too far?

Extensions to single player campaigns are common; if you think they removed part of the story to sell it as DLC, you might as well say that the MP maps were also removed to be sold at a later date. You might want to say that StarCraft 2 HoS is all made up of content that was "removed" from WoL. Or that the Gears of War 3 DLC was removed from the main game. It's not like CoD is the first or the only game to use such a system.

No it won't die. It will, most likely like the Wii and even the PS3, become the cheap casual alternative which also happens to have plenty of great games for everyone.

Publishers looking to make a quick buck will still be developing games for the 360 (when the 720 comes out) and for the PS3 (when the PS4 comes out); just like they will still be releasing software for the Wii when the Wii-U hits store shelves. These three consoles have a very large market share, meaning th...

If I'm not mistaken, they said it would please old school gamers, I don't think Battlefront qualifies as an old school franchise. I'm not saying a SW BF3 game wouldn't be exciting, but there's nothing old school about it. I just don't see how people thought it would be Battlefront 3.

Last time I checked, you can't pre-order the 3G model in Canada, that alone is enough for me to go with the Wifi model.

I must ask, if the Wii-U were to fail, and the 3DS were to continue to strive (like it is doing at the moment), why would Nintendo become a software developer, why not simply put all their efforts in the 3DS?

If the PS4 were to be cancelled (inside Sony, outside they would simply never announce it), would Sony's first party studios go multiplatform, or would they simply shift their work to the Vita? I'd say the latter makes more sense.

For as long as ...

Although CoD has issues, map colour was never one for me. I mean, out of all the major FPS/TPS franchises this generation, there are much worse offenders than CoD when it comes to map colour.

I don't know if you've been following the CnC franchise over the last few years, but EA has been trying as hard as they can to milk it. CnC4 being a complete joke, RA3 being a step backwards from RA2, Tiberium (which was cancelled, for not meeting EA quality standards; which probably mean it waas about as bad as Big Rigs, seeing how EA has shown in the past they were willing to publish bottom of the barrel trash to make a buck), etc.

I assume this game has absolutely...

If it's an advice, I don't mind, but if the guy is simply dictating how I should play the game; I usually ignore him. I'm sorry, but I paid as much as he did for that game and I think that gives me the right to play the game the way I see fit; as long as I don't act like a douche (team killing for example).

So much for the 3DS being doomed uh?
I wish analyst/would-be analysts/journalists/fanboys/e tc would stop with their "X is doomed" articles in the first year of the lifecycle. The PS3 had an extremely rough start, yet not only is it still alive, it's doing pretty well, same for the DS (remember when it launched? Some people were predicting the end of Nintendo's handheld division), the Wii, the 3DS is clearly not going anywhere and I highly doubt the Vita will fail; a...

Most likely because TNA iMpact is on Spike, and Hogan is part of iMpact. He's basically one of the very few noteworthy TV personality on Spike TV.

I guess 3d sonic games will never win over some (alot of) people. I actually like them though.

I've tried it, and it works pretty nicely. My friend has the OnLive controller, and I have a stand for my tablet. I don't think it's meant to replace a handheld or a PC/console, nor do I think it ever will, but it is a nice feature to add to OnLive. Also, I belive OnLive is compatible with the Xperia Play, which, if it works nicely, basically transforms your phone in a pretty nice gaming machine (although I hope you're playing over wi-fi, not 3g/4g, as I presume data caps woul...

A fair argument; although I do hope they reach an agreement, as having Firefall on Steam would likely increase its player base, as Steam seems like a great place to show off your game to PC gamers.

While I agree the attitude era was more entertaining than what we have today, I'm not sure PG is to be blamed, as TNA is TV-14 and is just as bad, if not worse, than the current WWE product. The lack of blood and chairshot to the head (although the latter has nothing to do with being PG) is disappointing, but they can still have great matches; and some people, most notably CM Punk, have proven that you don't need extensive cursing to be entertaining on the mic.

If an...

I think the hackers did contribute in killing the PSP, however, in my opinion (as a PSP owner since the US launch), the PSP's death is mostly due to the PSP hardware itself and the way it was used by Sony and the publishers. Games ran better when loaded from the memory stick since the UMD was a slow, noisy and flawed format. The PSP was, until recently, locked at 222mhz, CFW allowed it to run at its native speed of 333mhz, allowing for better game performance (at the cost of battery life ...

I would assume this would work like the PS Move witht he sharpshooter, which basically means I would rather not use it; I know some people can use the Move/Wiimote properly in FPS, but I just can't. So, if this works in a similar way, I would probably only use it in games like Time Crisis. Anyway, as far as FPS go, I'd rather stick with mouse and keyboard for the time being.
