I presume the screens I have seen aren't 4k then? That's better at least! I just found slightly more foliage and some increased textures a pretty lazy way to utilise 2.5x the power.
Gotta admit, I was thinking the same. Not trying to troll here, I think the PS4 Pro is great but this just seems a bit sloppy! A bump in resolution would have been nicer (it doesn't seem to be higher resolution) just slightly more/higher textures.

Textures and lighting are the same (as NiteX said). It's just been rendered with 4x as many pixels so everything appears clearer and sharper.

I think HDR is getting a lot of publicity right now because it's also much easier to achieve than 4K from a technical point of view.
I'd sooner want the PS4 Pro/Scorpio pushing out 2k HDR 60fps games than pushing super hard for 4k and gimping themselves in the process.

I'm sorry, the first two complains reported in that article were mod related... Bethesda don't make the mods.
Secondly, for the vast majority of steam users special edition should either have been free or very cheap. From what I've played (on pc) it runs absolutely fine, looks great and I have absolutely no issue with it, it's just a free remaster.
