Treating independent developers with the same community value as AAA developers?
...I like that attitude. A lot. Keep it up, Sony.
Huh...that's pretty exciting, actually. I'd like to give it a try. Anxiously awaiting details on dates and what it takes to get in.
I don't expect Capcom to let this slide, even though this InvaderGames house seems to be doing more for the series than Capcom is right now.
I have no idea why Sony isn't pushing this device more.
They have no idea how good a product the Vita is. Seriously, it's baffling.
It's a fantastic system that Sony is persistently ignoring, and if Sony ignores it, developers will ignore it too. That means fewer games, then the consumers will ignore it.
C'mon, Sony. Do something with the Vita already.
Yes, but there's no data in the article detailing how the survey functioned. No demographic division, no details of the gamers' backgrounds, they don't even list how many people they surveyed. For all we know, it could be ten people.
And this sentence is especially troublesome:
"Of course, all of those surveyed indicated that they keep up with their own hygiene."
If they are telling the truth, that's skewing the data...
Will its songs secretly have uncensored lyrics?
Then we wake up and Gabe Newell's frown becomes slightly less intense.
Oh, stereotypes. Always unwelcome, but always showing up.
Blu-ray didn't take off until long after the PS3 was on the market. 599 US dollars was still a large price, even if the competitors were more expensive, so no one bought it for Blu-ray specifically. The lack of assured victory between Blu-ray and HD-DVD was causing confusion with consumers; it wasn't until the big studio deals that Blu-ray conquered HD-DVD.
Blu-ray didn't mean much to consumers back then, because there wasn't a sure victor at the PS3 launch. I...
I'd rather they address their situation in the console field instead of moving into a market that so many gamers seem to despise.
They've openly expressed interest in developing a new game for the series. I'm just crossing my fingers for an eventual confirmation.
I would love Criterion to reboot Road Rash.
Highly recommend Mighty Switch Force: Hyper Drive Edition. That game is crazy fun and downright beautiful too.
Metroid Prime Hunters was amazing.
While I can understand your frustration with the motion control shovelware that got pushed on Wii, if you really found nothing on that console to enjoy, you simply were not trying hard enough. There was much more on that system than you think.
There were many Wii exclusives that did more than just work with motion controls and even some great ones that did, like Red Steel 2. Super Mario Galaxy 2 was better than many, MANY other games released in its release year (other consol...
This guy has a nasty habit of hating on Nintendo. He's done this many times before. It's one thing to say "Nintendo needs work." It's another to just say that they're useless and should die off, which he's said many times in the past.
Also, I have a lot of trouble listening to him call Nintendo out on the "gimmick" hardware, when this guy worked with BigBig Studios, the company that made Little Deviants.
How so? I'm legitimately curious to hear you out on that.
Isn't Miyamoto doing much less these days in terms of game development at Nintendo? Isn't he focusing on smaller projects and giving more creative freedom to other developers for the company?
If that's the case, I don't see how he can be the problem. It's not like he's the only one who can make a new IP anyway.
Giving your life to save another's...
That kind of honor is rare in this world. What a hero. Still very sad to hear about his death.
RIP
Off-TV play makes a big difference, trust me. It makes the entire living room environment much more open.
