That was awesome. :)
11 minutes of pure Weird Al awesomeness.
That's certainly a curious bit of info. Interesting...
VR shouldn't flatter itself. Motion gaming did itself in.
Shouldn't have called it the Wii U. Maybe Super Wii or Wii 2 or just drop the Wii title altogether.
It's hard to say. I think a next-gen game needs to have some completely new aspect to it, whether it's design, controls, or use of aesthetic.
But not everyone follows the same thought on what makes something next-gen. I thought Gears of War was next gen. I thought Uncharted 2 was next gen. I thought Super Mario Galaxy was next gen. All three of those games were really bar-setters in terms of how games were played.
That being said, I'm very interes...
"Does this mean I am no longer interested in the game? Of course not!"
If you have interest in it, you're caring.
To the author, thank you for mentioning Mr. Caffeine. That guy always comes to mind for me when discussing embarrassing E3 moments.
I love bad video game box art. It's fun to ponder what was going through the marketing teams' minds when they approved some of these trainwrecks.
The situation would probably be much, MUCH different if Sony invited them instead of Microsoft.
Yeah, but the DS also had awesome exclusives custom built for its unique hardware.
It's not doomed. There are some great games on the way from Japan, but if you're not into stuff like Freedom Wars, Demon Gaze or Soul Sacrifice, or indie titles, I can't say there's much on Vita that would appeal to you.
"the install base of the Vita is just not big enough to warrant tons of new IP's."
Whose fault do you suppose that is?
"But the fact is this game is like nothing we've ever seen before."
Look, I'm very, VERY excited for this game. It's the game that pushed me to pre-order a PS4, but c'mon, man. Don't exaggerate.
It looks great and I plan on buying it upon release. I love the steampunk style aesthetic and the weapon design, but unless this game can completely revamp the third-person shooter in ways that killswitch, Uncharted and Gears of War never...
I think it's because the tweet linked to the playlist in which the Nintendo video was in, which also started with a Vita video. I'm not sure, though; it could've been something else.
You'd have to be really, REALLY out of it to just post the wrong link, especially a link to another company's system.
I'd love that. I'm honestly not sure how a fully 3D Kirby game would work. The closest I've experienced is Kirby Air Ride, and that was a very different kind of game.
At least Ubisoft tried to support the Wii U, unlike EA or WB Games, who released neutered ports of three-year-old games. While I'm disappointed by this news, I can't really blame them. Ubisoft gave the system a chance. At one point, they were supporting it more than Nintendo themselves were.
More people should've bought ZombiU. It was amazing.
I'm more surprised that they're not supporting the 3DS at E3. Skipping out on that system seems like a BIG mistake.
Yeah, I think that's it.
It's also much more action-oriented than an RPG like Xenoblade or a tactics game like Fire Emblem. The combat in Wind Waker and Twilight Princess really turned up the stylish combat for the series, so there's a sense of spectacle in a fight featuring Link.
That's what I thought it was at first.
