It was meaningful to the gaming community long before Facebook even looked its way. VR is interesting.
Yeah, while I can consider the Wii U version a much more feature-rich package, calling the 3DS version obsolete is a bold claim that I can't agree with.
Look, I honestly don't care if it's 1080p, 900p, 30fps, 60fps...I don't care. What I DO care about is how that fact is announced. If you honestly can't make the game a certain resolution or frame rate, just say that you can't do it. Don't make the stupid parity argument or "cinematic" excuse. Just tell us the truth.
Be honest and try again next time instead of hyping everything up sky high, then making excuses as you crash back down to earth....
That's a bummer, as I would've loved 1080p, but I'll still give Share Play a try. Looks interesting.
This is my opinion, but I think it was Sony's desire to shape up and improve that pushed them to first place last gen, and not really Microsoft not capitalizing on their early lead. Sony did more than Microsoft to create that situation.
Definitely looks interesting to me! Hope I can make it into the alpha!
He said it was going to suck...and he was dead wrong.
If a game is good enough, it's worth buying a console for. What that game is and how much you are willing to spend on it is subjective. In my own account, I bought a Wii U for Bayonetta 2, but I still get to play all the other great Wii U games on the system like Smash Bros. and Pikmin 3.
Just because you buy a system for a game doesn't mean it'll be the only game you play on that system.
You don't have to buy the figures. It's optional, and if you own them, perhaps having a lot of games that support them would justify the money you paid for one?
Because having a ton of people with you damages the isolation of horror in general. Fear is heightened when you're all by yourself, alone and without protection. It's the reason that Resident Evil 5 was such a mess; co-op horror is really easy to do badly, especially if there are even more people with you.
I've heard nothing but good things about this thing's hardware. Aside from the "some games only work on New 3DS" stuff, it looks like a huge step forward.
I didn't think this character looked anything like Lindsay Lohan until she brought it up herself.
Warburton is too much of a "tough guy" to fit Frank's goofiness, in my opinion, but I can see why you'd find him to be a good fit. I just feel like Patrick's voice doesn't fit Frank at all and he has a more macho persona too.
I disagree. I think the Wii U has quite a few selling points. Most importantly, these selling points are all on the Wii U and nowhere else. That's exclusive content and that's what will convince people to buy it. You don't buy a system over another based on what you can get on its competitors. You buy it for the stuff only that console has, whether it's games, services, a better price point, or better performance.
Do I think the Wii U needs more games? I do. W...
The only thing I'm surprised about regarding this is that Microsoft hasn't released this collection already.
Consider this: if anyone said "I want a Wii U" a year or so ago, they'd be laughed out of the room. Now, there are a lot of reasons to get excited for it or even go out and buy one now.
Considering that huge hump that Nintendo got over, I'd say the Wii U is fine. It's not going to be first place this gen, but now, it's actually worth owning to more than just the most dedicated Nintendo fans.
I'm surprised. That game looks pretty damn sharp in widescreen!
"a better service"
Could you possibly be more vague on that?
I really don't care about the score. I care that they changed it. It's tacky and it shows that they didn't give a proper evaluation when they received it. When you review a game for retail and the game is in the same form as the public will receive it in, you score it and keep that score. No backsies.
You said that they reviewed the finished product and they did. It was finished. If it was finished in their eyes, what was the need to change it? They reviewed a gam...
If you liked the PSP, you'd like the Vita.
