Literally that one email should be enough to seal the deal I have no idea why this trial needs 5 days.
The FTC's entire argument is MS will remove COD from PS but Jim clearly states it's not happening. The FTC is just wasting taxpayer money again to try and make it look like they are doing something.
Err no, why would Bethesda get to decide when MS pays the bills.
Developers like Cory says he would love to make his games available to everyone and was happy when GOW went to PC. I am sure him along with Neil would love all those PS exclusive to go to Xbox as well but that is not happening.
How is this even news, who else would be making that decision Jim Ryan? lol
Bethesda was just $7bl I believe.
Yep this FTC stuff is just acting like a mini showcase for Xbox gamers lol.
Gaming is more than just console sales, much more.
You get a jetpack though which seems more that enough, especially since it can be customized and upgraded. Max level might make you similar to Iron Man, so driving would be a downgrade.
But like others have said it will likely come as DLC.
Of course they have everyone knows that, there are other bigger and more profitable wars they care about.
The website is called "dualshockers" it's a playstation fansite, the real story here is that even they cannot deny the showcase was good.
Well that's obvious, just like how MS won't disclose future consoles to Bungie either.
It was only a matter of time at least it's only a $1 hike considering inflation the increase should have been a lot bigger.
Jesus 1080p on quality mode is crazy in 2023.
SE should never have promised no day 1 patch since now all they have is a really barebones one which does nothing to fix it's glaring issues.
Hopefully the devs are quick to rectify its issues likely by stripping out the performance mode entirely and focusing on getting the quality mode to actually be quality.
Crazy how polarizing the scores are, I wonder if this might get SE to think of going back to turned based combat.
As shown from other sources the performance mode is a complete mess and 30 fps is the only way to play it. Crazy so many devs are just throwing in a performance mode without even trying to optimize you may as well use that time making the 30fps better.
This was likely one of the reasons Eurogamer scored the game 6/10.
Sounds like a typical Final Fantasy mixed reviews as usual.
At least most are positive.
It probably is real but like I said no one not even the FTC or CMA mention it in their arguments so it's likely the Gamer lawyers are twisting the contents of the email since no regulator found it held any weight.
Either that or it's fine to say you want to eliminate your competition.
Interesting how "gamers" found this email yet not a single regulator including the CMA and FTC never mentioned it.......
Todd Howard says he only plays it on the Series S when he's at home and he said it runs great. So if plays to the creators vision I guess luck is with them.
Couldn't have said it better myself.
Magog likely is going to be there day 1 with the amount of interest he has shown in the game.
Obv it depends on agreements, Bethesda wanted these games to not release on Playstation Todd himself said he was happy they didn't have to make a PS5 version as they could focus more on Xbox and PC. Even in the trial yesterday Pete said if Starfield were to have a PS5 version it wouldn't be releasing this year.
So I will say again most devs like Cory from PS would love their games to be available to everyone even a lot of studios do to. Bethesda didn't want to r...
