Disney wouldn't get blocked from buying Sony either there is far far too much competition now with all these streaming services. Also Disney would love to get Spiderman back too would save them a bunch on licensing from Sony.
T2 and EA are fine alone but together that could have a sporting empire which is why I can see them merging.
I see MS getting Sega.
