Because MS has done plenty right.

Sony has made fail after fail after fail these last few years, price increases across all products and services, no new IPs, no new first party games except for their marvel factory and GaaS, no support for PSVR2 just to name a few.

Yet you keep praising them.

And yet Playstation fans keep kissing Sony's feet. This is only going to get worse until they see the light.

Surprised this is all happening so fast, if those leaks of a digital only XSX come true I fully expect next gen will likely be digital only.

With the split already reaching 80/20 it's quite clear the majority of gamers prefer digital to physical.

I agree with Chris I don't see MS changing anything with ABK they will be the constant money maker for Xbox along with Minecraft.

Although we will likely get a few Spyro/Crash single player games.

Incredible hype trailer, it's finally over :)

Selling games from 3rd parties doesn't mean profits for Sony.

In the end consoles will disappears maybe in the next 15 years then what will Sony do?

856d ago 8 agree6 disagreeView comment

And neither do console sales.

856d ago 8 agree7 disagreeView comment

They will eventually become number one in revenue and thats all that matters.

I wouldn't do Spiderman I would do a new IP like what MS has been doing this entire gen while all Sony has done is sequel after sequel of it's cookie cutter 3rd person narrative games with skill trees unless it's a Gaas game of course.

The king of the racing genre remains the king. The Forza franchise is just on another level to everything else.

If games like HIFI: Rush, AoE:4, Starfield and Forza are shovelware bring on more shovelware please.

I would take that shovelware over no first party exclusives for an entire year except another cookie cutter 3rd person narrative game with skill trees and a bunch of Gaas games next year any day.

100%

Sony's dominance is the best thing to happen to Xbox gamers.

858d ago 7 agree49 disagreeView comment

So you agree with me then. Good.

PSN is cheaper because its inferior to Game Pass, until it gets Day 1 games.

Why buy physical games when you only play them once and that's it anyway, especially Playstation games. Game Pass is cheaper and more cost effective.

So far we have had:
Game price hike
PSN price hike
Multiple hardware price hikes even with a slim which usually decreases price.

This has never happened in a single gen before and personally I love it. With MS being behind Xbox gamers gets so much for "free" with Game Pass and acquisitions as they try to top Sony. The more Sony dominates the better it gets for Xbox gamers.

Somehow they managed to make the disk version even uglier.

858d ago 40 agree65 disagreeView comment

Well that's more than Playstation, how many big first party exclusives have they released this year?

858d ago 14 agree45 disagreeView comment

Good, Game Pass has been absolutely stacked since September and continues to be stacked all the way until the end of the year.

They should hold onto those games until they need to fill gaps next year.

Not really Insomniac is pretty much doing the same as ND with remasters/remakes they just mask them as sequels but they are still pretty much the same games.

Sony's first party as a whole struggle to make new IP.

It's not made up controversy again I will say to users on this site should try and venture out to other gaming sites apart from this to get different viewpoints. Go to Reddit for example and you will see tons of fans concerned about the length.

It's not surprising considering you are now paying $70 for the game vs $60 and it's the same length plus you just got a price hike on PS+. What's more is it's a slap in the face when a game like Starfield is free ...

I don't see why everyone is cheering him going at least until we know who replaces him. It could be someone far worse.
