It's good to see that Sony is finally going the PC Day 1 route.
I am glad someone else is pointing this out, Sony's first party must be in development hell right now. We have seen multiple projects cancelled and are being told to keep waiting. I mean what happened to Factions?
Sony seriously need to considering replacing their management teams because someone has dropped the ball.
That is what makes it such as colossal failure, two whole years of no showcase and this is the best you can do.
All of them except Spiderman.
Havens, Firewalks, Bungie, Helldivers all Day 1 PC.
So many CGI trailers and everything launch on PC Day 1. I knew this would happen.
For a 2 year wait I am shocked.
Really?
I was honestly expecting to be blown away graphically but it looks no better than MM. Even R&C looked better than this.
The backlash would be massive if it's not single player only, but this would make sense since they haven't shown anything about the gameplay yet.
The showcase should be very revealing.
Yep this game will be great for non final fantasy fans. But it will likely lose it's original fanbase on it.
It's funny that they say it will stump competition yet all the competitors want it.
They have already stated they aren't competing with Nintendo and Sony and it's that very reason the CMA blocked it.
Console sales are a thing of the past for MS.
As this rate the UK is going to have to stand down if they are the only ones blocking it.
Hopefully Kingdom Hearts 4 and a new Dragon Quest that's all I need.
Wow those are GTA level numbers and it's only on one platform, absolutely crazy. Nintendo really are in a league of their own when it comes to software numbers. It also means no one gave a crap about the price hike either.
Given the scores of BOTW and TOTK it would be silly to go back. Once this formula gets tired they can go back but I don't see that happening for a while.
The CMA appeal just got a little bit easier.
Looks like MS won't be dropping the deal now, this will likely make an appeal with the CMA easier and more convincing.
Although kind of hoped they would reject it so MS could move on to other companies.
"But millions of those haven't paid full price have they. Some might have only dabbled in a few races and some might have a 1$ trial week"
Plenty of people buy full priced games and only play for 10mins and stop and never go back, I have even done that multiple times myself. It doesn't take away the fact those 30ml gamers thought it was worth a try.
You are trying a bit too hard man. Just admit they did good you are embarrassing yourself.
The fact this article exists says otherwise. It was a great showcase if you don't care for Playstation 1st party games.
