What are you talking about?
Maybe because they pushed the Xbox One X, “the worlds most powerful console”, on consumers with this as one of the top selling point. Why? Because nothing else was launching and Crackdown had been delayed for the 3rd or 4th time.
This is a novelty item. Nothing more, nothing less.
It’s the indirect process that they’re missing. All these companies supporting small devs lead those teams to get bigger and make better experiences for those that supported them.
MS can make the tech at any point, but they’ll be going in partially blind without the experience of it.
It was like when Sony got into the motion control business following Nintendo. The experiences were half-ass because there was no true time taken on the innovation. They fu...
“Microsoft needs to be focused on proper games rather than VR.”
This “only one or the other” mentality is exactly why MS is in the position it’s in. More quality options is always better.
If they’re successful, it would highlight weaknesses in hardware or software of other consoles. Potentially making the industry even more competitive.
“It says it’s only purchase and content”
That’s literally what they’re talking about. Can’t play games if there’s an issue with content usage.
“Enjoy getting a chance to play the best BR game i’ve played.“
That must be a low standard if that’s the best BR game you’ve played. Its DOA unfortunately.
Temper them drastically, they leaked the lineup and it’s 3rd party stuff from E3 or updates on stuff they launched this year. No new project updates. Just talk on a new studio buyout.
That's it? Mostly focusing on the few things released this year or talked about already at E3.
Please read next time.
“Speaking with FullThrottle Media at the Forza Horizon 4 Goodwood Celebration, Playground Games Creative Director Ralph Fulton said clearly that it will be a LONG TIME before the developers are able to talk about the project.”
It’s not the first time. It’s a long list of games that they bet horribly on being hot in the multiplayer/streaming community for longer than a month or two. SoT, The Division, PUBG, Titanfall, ARK and many more. The list goes on.
Considering that the Xbox One/ Xbox One S can’t even run it at 1080p, I think these tablets could be true competitors in a few years time.
That makes no sense? Wouldn’t “on-the-go” products be better for adults?
Unless you’re unemployed and get to stay at home and if you never travel. With that logic, why even have the ability to stream to mobile devices.
Updated and portable PC/Tablet hardware could effectively kill streaming or take it to a whole new level. They’ve effectively leaped over Nintendo hardware if these claims hold.
The two takes would be:
If AAA games are able to be played on these devices, why would you stream when the mobile hardware handles it better? Just connect a controller wirelessly and you’re good.
At the same time, this might open new and upgraded ways of gaming via stre...
Feel good now that that’s out of your system?
Now talking at a normal level, there’s plenty of games (1st and 3rd party) from all consoles that have delivered as potential killer apps. Those are the devs (small and large) that fanbases need to support.
What are you talking about? The vast majority of the people who talk about the switch are impressed at what it can do as a handheld. Quality software and unique gaming experiences are what make the Switch so successful.
How is it the best place to play? It literally says in the video that its assets are still PS2 level and that it’s the native resolution is the same as the HD collection on PS3 and 360.
The options have been there. Not sure what you’re on about if you’re adding to this fanboy nonsense thinking MS reinvented the wheel.
He probably cleared that up if anything! Good to know.
A lot of good deals overall. But in games, Minecraft vs. Spider-Man. There’s no real reason why someone would pick up a One over the PS4 when they’re the same price.
