Yeah but plenty of other games have achieved more than this? surely it's more of a case of poor programing / time restricted programing.
GTA 4 is on a much larger scale map wise, and has fast paced moments?
I see what you're saying, but this is a download game with poor quality graphics (comparable to games like Gears & killzone) so surely the consoles shouldn't have any problem running them?
I'm not sure what you base that on? i'm no expert, but I can't see why a game like this would need a lot of RAM compared to any other game?

That's what bugs me the most? why can't the make the colours more vibrant in the PS3 version! it would really benefit from a slight increase in contrast and colour.

If you read his comment properly you would see that he said the game was rushed and that the PS3 wasn't given the time and attention it needed to make it equal to the 360 version. Hence backing up the argument that the 360 is easier to develop for...

Well you're an idiot then and should learn to shop around! I bought a bluetooth headset for £4 from my local supermarket, works perfectly! & if you don't have wireless internet, ethernet cables are dirt cheap unless you need a really really long one, even then you can get good deals if you shop around. If you did need a long cable, you would of also had to fork out for a long cable for your 360 too! Just like 360 accessories and Live access, if you shop around...

polygons make up 3D models, and were not used in original megadrive sonic games, what you mean was 'sprites'
As for the artcile, 'sonic can return to his former glory' all I can say to that is obviously! there is no reason why Sonic Team couldn't get there act together and create a decent sonic game, even if involved hiring a whole new proven talented team.

I definitely had that feeling with red faction, it was like the developers concentrated so much on creating this game engine with destructible environments, that they just stuck in this lame story to give the character a reason to blow buildings up! it was all just very forced!
It is not just professional writers they need, but editors, directors, artists as well as developers and coders. I would say a game's developement should have all the same crew as a movie, except for having developers & coders instead of cameramen etc

my educated guess is that it's highly possible that everything you say in home is logged and probably can be quickly serached, however if this isn't true, i'd imagine it would be simple enough for sony to implement a key word alert, so if a user says something racist or whatever it's then gets logged, and when someone starts building up a file with say 10 or 100 accounts of racist language used an alert being sent to someone at sony who can take action.
I would slightly disagree, he did pay for the service, because I believe that the service is included in the price of the console & particular game. but at the same time... the guy did have the freedom of speech, but with freedom of speech comes consequences depending on what you choose to say.
