If you follow the link in 6, is that the Xbox 360 is 3rd, was #1, and has been on the chart for 42 weeks. I think there is a separate list for items not out yet, it would be cool if you could integrate the two lists and judge consumer interest in products already out as well as soon-to-be released items against each other. The funny thing is that this holiday season, sure lots of people will WANT the PS3, but very few will get one. Will mom and dad just not buy little Billy anything for un...
Is like T.O. -- Both he and Sony did good things in the past, but there were a few problems here and there... that eventually make you ask, is it worth the risk. Dallas might find out that they got fu(ked, and PS3 fans might find the same this Nov. So far, in both cases, a lot of talk but not much action. Terrell Owens hasn't played any pre-season games to prove he still has it, Sony hasn't shown much real gameplay videos, actual PS3 systems, etc. In both cases, we will find out soon enoug...
That Blu-Rays slower loading times, coupled with giving developers more space and therefore allowing them to be lazy with their coding, could add up to even longer load times on the PS3 than on the PS2. And if this "doesn't matter" why do most reviews of games that are multi-platform (Xbox and PS2) comment more on the faster loading times of the Xbox version than its also better graphics, online features, better sound, etc.?
Because it DOES matter! What is so "Next-Ge...
What about Halo, which launched with the xbox, and is universally regarded as the BEST LAUNCH TITLE OF ALL TIME? You, sir, are an 1diot!
The stress of designing the xbox portable is taking its toll....
Abandon your sinful ways! The allmighty Bill Gates will forgive you and welcome you with open arms. He forgives your sins and washes away the evil stink you have cloaked yourself in while embracing evil, come drink from the fountain of goodness that is Xbox Live, let the mighty cooling fans of the 360 and its powerpack blow away your sin, embrace the next generation now, before it is too late!
Just another example of Sony lying to you, again. I like how they confirm you will never get Dead Rising (awesome game, fastest ever seller on 360) and Lost Planet (The E3 demo was awesome, but the recent videos look even better!!!) What will you do when MGS 4, Final Fantasy, and Devil May Cry all are announced for 360? Here is your Chang3, b1tches!
Since the PS3 fanboys can't deny this news, and the fact that AC is releasing on both systems AT THE SAME TIME, I wonder what they will turn to next to defend Mighty Sony, who, if you look at it this way, just got caught LYING AGAIN. They said Assassin's Creed was "exclusive," how so? Not even for 15 fu(king minutes. And it WAS running on a 360 dev kit at E3, My Gamestop manager SAW IT WITH HIS OWN EYES and has pictures on his cell phone. (Unless Sony copied the 360's ring of li...
Don't forget how they stole ideas from others instead of innovating themselves. Entitlements= 360 achievements. Guide button = stole from 360. World-wide launch = stole from Microsoft. 2 different sku's = stole from Microsoft. Integrated online network = stole from xbox live. Motion Sensing controlloer = stole from Nintendo. Dowloadable content and older games = stole from Nintendo and Microsoft. Downloadable music, movie trailers, etc. = stole from Microsoft. Adding a hard drive = st...
The two Japanese companies involved (and this isn't some racist rant, so hold your horses) are super competitive, and make it seem like it's their way or no way. Microsoft coined the whole "Wii60" thing, but Nintendo execs say "No, buy a Wii, some accessories and lots of games, don't get a 360" Sony says: "The Next Generation doesn't start until we say it does." They foster this sense of competition among the three consoles and their fans. I can see why Micro...
that most "Big" games, like GTA, Assasins Creed, Mercenaries 2, etc., maybe even games like Saint's Row and Lair, will be multi-console, with only limited exclusivity if that. Games for next-gen systems (which, to my mind is only 360 and PS3, not to bag on the Wii, but even Nintendo admits it is going a different direction) are so expensive to make that the only way MOST companies can make any money is to release on both 360 and PS3. The "downside" to this, if you will, ...
Finding a source that wasn't on MSN's homepage, no need to get all the Sony fans in an uproar about the info being "biased" because the link was to a MS site. The problem is a FACT, though, I saw the video of the laptop catching fire on the local news. Sh1t, if that happened while you had it on your lap, or using it on a plane or something, ouch!
YOU = FU#$ING DUMBA$$
Anyway you want, but the price of a ps3 and its accessories still add up quicker. How are PS3 controllers charged? I bet, since Sony has copied everything else MS has done, the PS3 will have a play-n-charge kit, etc. as well! And it will probably cost more! Quit sucking Sony's d1ck and wake up, you fu#$ing 1diot!
Oblivion, one of the biggest, best, most amazing games on 360 only uses half of the storage capacity of a DVD9. How is this possible? Good compression techniques, etc. With the larger storage space on Blu-ray discs, devs can be lazy and just throw everything on there uncompressed, etc. Blu-Ray drives read data at a slower rate than DVD drives, so having all this uncompressed data will lead to horrendous load times. Unless you want to install the game on the hard-drive, but once again the ...
Look at the red writing on the PS3-- they haven't used that font/color scheme for a long time. Also, Sony has said they probably wouldn't release demopods this year, don't want to short systems for consumers, so if true might be awhile before we see one anywhere...

Probably most of you have heard about Dell's laptop batteries that catch fire, maybe you have even seen the video (scary), but did you know who MADE those particular batteries for Dell? Why, none other than Sony. Now, Apple has quietly recalled batteries for their laptops, once again, made by Sony, because of this dreadfully dangerous fire hazard. Dell and Apple have links to info on the problem on their websites, but Sony refuses to admit there is a problem or take any responsibility for ...
When Sony came out with the original playstation, it was because Nintendo had approached them about adding a cd-rom drive to the SNES, to compete with the segaCD. When Sony showed Nintendo the results of all their R&D, Nintendo said, gee, thanks for doing all that work, but we are no longer interested. Sony, now pissed off, said "Hey, lets make our own games console BASED on cd-rom tech, no cartridges at all." That was the birth of the Playstation. Back then, being the new g...
The game looks better than this now-- you'll see on tuesday..
