No need to read the whole article. This pretty much sums it up:
"People who play the game constantly love it because they can get 50 kills, I hate it because I get killed 50 times."
The maps in this game are great. Nuketown is merely the game's traditional small map (Shipment, Dome, Rust). They're designed for mayhem. Fortunately for you, there's only 1 small map in each game for people into that sort of action. Also, there isn't nea...
I'd like this map a lot more if it was opened up, say, the entire length of the street. Would be awesome since it's a court. I wouldn't call it the single worst map in FPS history, either. That title belongs to any one of the MP maps in the new Medal of Honor.
There is no video game movie as bad as House of the Dead. It's the only movie I've walked out on. Ever. And that's coming from someone who is easily amused. Why is it #10?
Also, Mortal Kombat > Street Fighter (not a biased assessment - don't be fooled by my avatar), which is also absent from the list.
This list fails for 2 reasons:
1) Poor writing skills.
2) Medal of Honor wasn't on it.
If you have cable internet with a dynamic IP, you can also get a new IP by changing your MAC address.
Better yet, rip their arms off, then crush their head with their arms.
Surprisingly enough, some people actually complained about how huge it was. Now everyone complains about how short a game is.
It's WAR. War is brutal. Don't sugarcoat it. And most of all, don't take Hollywood's approach when portraying it (*cough*MW2*cough*).
I've been a longtime XBL subscriber, going on almost 6 years now, and I'm getting to a point where I've just about had it with M$'s BS. I've gone through THREE Xbox 360s, two of which were bought at full retail price, and what do its loyalists get in return? Squat. On top of having to pay to play games online -- 99% of which WE host on sub-par, laggy American bandwidth -- we now have to pay an extra $10 a year for Gold. And for what - services that are either free to begin...
"oh im so excited!!! Not!"
"... Too late now, I've already gone & traded the game in.
"People still play this game?"
I'll never understand why people like yourselves bother.
Why the disagree? So it's not bad? Or you don't hope it gets fixed?
Wow, that's pretty bad. Hope that gets fixed.
And that's exactly why I hate it. It's bad enough when a skillful player knows how to use it, but I'm tired of all the tards who use it as a crutch. I laugh at the people who are completely surrounded by the entire enemy team and pop it while they're alone.
Just because someone gets the jump on you doesn't necessarily mean they're going to kill you, and if you know what you're doing, you could easily dispose of both if they aren't working together. And yes, it sometimes does make the sneak attacker skillful. It's called flanking.
So what if it's an option? Just because it's an option doesn't take away from the fact that it's a noob's ability, just as noobs flock to vehicles.
Armor Lock is annoying. It totally ruins the flow of the game. 90% of the people who use it are tards who pop it any time they think they're about to die -- which is pretty much every time, because they suck at killing people and need a crutch -- resulting in the other team just standing around, waiting for them to come out of it.
Armor Lock is for people who can't finish the fight. :D
I would have to say Americans on FPS, Japanese on fighting games, Koreans on MMOs, and Europeans on racers.
I'm more impressed by the timing. rajman gets it off super quick, which is dangerous. Most players broadcast it before getting it off. Good stuff.
I always take my discs out because I sometimes go days without playing my consoles and I don't want the disc to get dirty. I've seen it happen. Leaving it in the tray is pure laziness, but it's your shit, not mine.
I'm surprised Dead Space didn't make it on the list, the one with the track from Sigur Ros. That trailer was awesome.
