I don't think so. Seems more like a poor attempt at humor.
I like my Xbox and everything, and I'm happy about the studio acquisitions, but that's something Phil Spencer would say on a stage lol. You okay man? xD
See, if I just ignore this game completely for two years, I'll get it for free with Gold and MAYBE play it. Problem solved.
Don't you mean make more $$$ from chump$?
They should have just announced it as digital only. You have to download the whole game anyways, so it would have saved them the cost of printing and distribution, and also avoided this entire PR mess. Price each game at $20, or buy the whole package for $40, basically getting one free. Instead, they make themselves look like idiots. Good job lol.
Regardless, not paying for this. I'll pirate it on Switch xD
This game was crazy fun.
Microsoft hasn't had many published games compared to other publishers this gen, but what they've offered has been pretty solid. They are not half as bad with MT as EA, Activision and Ubisoft. Halo 5, all post release content has been completely free as well, and Halo MCC is still getting updated, so I'm not sure why you think they'll cut content, unless you think it's inevitable for all big publishers to do so. I think it's a good thing that they're acquiring tale...
If they want to fix Destiny, it needs to become a fully fledged MMO. They dip their toes in but never fully commit, so you kinda have this "not-fully-MMO, but also-not-strictly-shooter" ; ; atmosphere. Find a way to balance and integrate the entire story from 1 and 2 (and so on) into a single experience. I'm talking crafting, more skills, auction house, mini-games, waayyy more social functions, etc. MT for cosmetic stuff to keep servers running and reduce/eliminate subscription f...
I really wish they would have finished the damn game.
Regardless, Microsoft owns them now, so any management will likely have to report to Microsoft gaming management. Everyone at Obsidian has new bosses lol.
They funded and published the first one, no MT thankfully. Wonderful game.
Ori is probably one of the most beautiful games ever made. They hand drew all the assets, do you know how much work that is? Which is why they're not doing the same for the second lol. I love that game.
Was really hoping this game would be finished one day.
If you pick one console, you're missing out on many great games.
Mobile technology isn't where you think it's at man. Also, resolution and framerate are things that are up to developers, unless you have a PC that's high end. History shows over and over that most devs decide on graphical fidelity, polygons, lighting, shading, effects, etc, and adaptive resolutions at 30 fps over 60. You could make any game to run at a particular resolution and frame rate, but generally devs choose to try to max out consoles for eye candy instead.
Again, there are technological limits to what you can accomplish with mobile devices. No small battery exists to power that respectably, and cooling would be a serious issue. The fans and heatsink alone on the Xbox are bigger than the entire Switch console. If Microsoft and Sony could have shrunk their consoles down to that size, they would have done it lol. I have a 6 inch screen phone, and the Switch is maybe 20 percent bigger than it. It's tiny.
How much would that cost? There are limiting factors to this, namely the limitations of modern batteries, heating solutions in small devices and how much consumers are willing to pay. I think it's kind of a marvel that the game runs on a small tablet in the first place, but hey.
I wouldn't bet on it; Their track record so far is about 12 years between titles lol.
What resources? It's not even being developed by Blizzard xD Chinese mobile devs.
While the ruling makes me upset, you wouldn't have given them a penny anyways lol. I've seen your comment history, you're one of the most bitter, anti-console trolls on this site xD
