Resident Evil 3, Tenchu, Legend of Dragoon, Gran Turismo 2 (licensing aside, I can dream lol), Legacy of Kain, Crash, Parappa the Rapper, no TONY HAWK 2? God damn. Should have had Street Fighter Alpha 3. Dino Crisis! Parasite Eve, Silent Hill, Klonoa, Driver, Spider Man, Tomb Raider. Ugh.
No one is walking by, seeing that on a shelf and going "OH SHIT! Jumping Flash and Intelligent Qube! I need this right now."
Support great games, reject shitty ones. SoTN is still one of the greatest games ever made, and not accessible to many people outside of emulation.
Witcher 3 is definitely one of the greatest and most celebrated games ever made. Depends on whether or not you feel that RDR2 lives up to that. There is no doubt that ten years from now, Witcher 3 is still going to be on almost anyone's top 100 games list.
Please, I'm in my 30s and have been gaming since I was 3 lol. Have more games than I know what to do with and still love my Switch, as well as all my other consoles. People are well aware of what modern gaming is and still buy the Switch. Gaming is about having fun and enjoying your experience, unless you're REALLY into tech demos lol.
I'm streaming AC: Origins right now on my old laptop via Project Stream. It runs at 1080p, 60fps with no noticeable input lag. Literally feels like the future, and it's become very obvious that Google and Amazon want to cut out their own niches in the industry. In five years it will probably be commonplace for people to be streaming games on their phones. You better believe that companies like EA will jump on board with their games, and allow the masses who buy their games to stream M...
Mainstream audiences are not going to be buying Kingdom Hearts. Japanese made games do not have the mass appeal that Rockstar and other big Western studios have in North American markets. Obviously some IP is still very popular here, but most games will never sell on the level of Rockstar, EA, etc. There are people that bought SpiderMan and RDR2 that are the types of gamers that only buy Madden, CoD and NBA yearly. I mean, you're going to have many guys who literally think that their masu...
Best game ever created is not an objective statement lol. There's no such thing. And if there was, based on placements from publications that have rated the best games, that would be Ocarina of Time anyways xD
You could say that (GOAT) about a hundred games. Some people will say Tetris is, or Breath of the Wild, or Chrono Trigger. I'm glad you're enjoying the game though, that's good.
I feel like a good amount of what is wrong with the game (it's a very good game, don't get me wrong), is the setting of the game itself. Westerns by nature are pretty scarce and slow moving. It's cool to think about, but from a design standpoint, you're kind of limited to what is possible while playing. Also, if the genre itself doesn't interest you, how can the story really pull you in? Some of the elements that made GTA V great were the driving, and constant satire throu...
They need to advertise the hell out of Pokemon and Smash, and do it smartly.
The original REmake on GC still looks good with an upscaled resolution. That game was incredible when it came out.
Fatal Frame will mess you up xD
Ever play any of the Fatal Frame games? They make most of the Silent Hill games feel like a vacation at Puppy Land lol. Some people don't like the traditional Japanese settings, but those games are unsettling as all hell.
This device will probably be good for emulation once it's hacked. I'm assuming the chip is going to be more powerful than the SNES classic, which can run PS1 games at fullspeed, and even some Dreamcast games. Could end up being a great, cheap emulation system.

Skyward Sword needs a near remake to make it a great game. They need to cut a good amount out (every single bit of handholding and unnecessary dialogue), and make some pretty substantial changes to the gameplay. For one, get rid of stamina. Two, make it so exiting and entering Skyloft and other places via loftwing is seamless instead of having loading screens. That really, REALLY sucked the immersion from the game. They could stream-line the experience, throw in a new lighting engine as well ...
Link's Awakening sequel so I can die happy please.
I'll take 1080 with supersampling and extra AA, still looks great. Art style and gameplay over resolution any day.
They're probably being encouraged to get older Switch models off the market. Perhaps they're getting some kind of credit from Nintendo. Old models are very easily hacked, and Nintendo wants them out of circulation.
He signed his creation away for peanuts and turned down percentage of profits though. Although, profits CAN be easily manipulated, if you're familiar with Hollywood accounting. On paper, just about every movie ever made has made zero profit. Accountants manipulate numbers to avoid taxes. For example, most of the actors for the Lord of the Rings franchise got completely screwed, as they signed contracts for percentage of profits, but even after the series became one of the best selling in ...
Last character is probably Waluigi lol. Nintendo is trolling hard.
