I have to try my best to wait for the next-Gen version of this game. Gonna be hard lol.
Tony Hawk 1+2 Remake is awesome.
Supposedly turning off 120hz stops the tearing on Series X. I have an older monitor and haven't had any tearing issues while playing the game. I think it's a bug.
Fire Emblem: Three Houses, Mario Odyssey, Luigi's Mansion 3, Xenoblade HD and 2, Animal Crossing, Mario Maker 2, Splatoon 2, Astral Chain, Link's Awakening Remake, Smash Ultimate, and Age of Calamity in a day or so (leaked early, really fun by the way). DQXI S was also exclusive for quite some time.
Like CoD is even half as good as Monster Hunter: World or RE2 Remake.
Not only that, but if you don't have to render at such high resolutions, you're most likely left with more overhead to add other improvements to games in many other areas.
And it has been. The Switch is now at around 70 million units sold. It's been one of the best things to ever happen to Nintendo.
Gonna be awhile, entire game got scrapped and given back to Retro.
Also, Ori 2 released on Switch recently, and that game is absolutely beautiful.
They've been announcing games just a couple months away from release lately. Age of Calamity was only announced in September.
I'm playing Age of Calamity right now; It's pretty kick ass.
If you don't like games that Nintendo publishes, why even bother with that comment lol. There are tons of highly reviewed games on the Switch. If that's not your thing though, then don't bother holding your breath.
The next Switch is probably going to have DLSS support and BC. Gonna be really amazing to see that in action on a handheld.
Hey, Riddick reviewed crazy well back in the day on Xbox, from what I remember. That game was pretty great lol. EGM loved it.
Played this game originally on N64. Was so much different from alot of other games at the time.
I did have this game shut my Series X off. It was pretty concerning (terrifying) to be honest.
Concerning the screenshots, you can access them directly on your phone via the app, and also upload them to OneDrive from the console. I'd say that's a much more convenient method than plugging a usb drive into your console and navigating menus to download onto.
"How am I supposed to know the fans are even on and ventillating heat properly if I can't even hear them at all? Fans are TOO QUIET."
I find the Series X UI to be snappy as hell. I don't have a PS5 yet, but I MUCH prefer the Xbox UI over PS4's. So slow and unorganized on the slim model.
I'm trying to save up for that very TV right now. Probably will get it after taxes. I need it lol.
My only question is, how is the input latency?
