If consoles had no exclusive games then PC's would most certainly be better. But, consoles do have some of the best exclusives on the market and some of the greatest peripherals and features. Not saying that PC doesn't have its own great exclusives, because it certainly does. But, what is better in performance is obvious, while what is better in specific features and software is entirely dependent on the person ...

The Uncharted 4 trailer was an in-game cutscene. Thanks for telling everyone how good it looked by calling it CGI, and no, Crysis 3 looks decent, but it's pretty much the same scenery throughout the whole game. Star Citizen has poor performance, but it's not really up there in overall graphics. It's bland, uses textures for the stair platform of some ships, and it's not like it has much to actually render in a barren space environment.

I just want a WarCraft IV. Not another WoW. Hopefully this movie is decent. I hated WoW because of having not much story and for what it did have it wasn't very good and it made copy and paste quests that pastes them somewhere higher level so you essentially do the same quests as you get higher level as when you were low level, but you get to do raids, over and over and over(Not sure why people actually no life raids all day when there are F2P games with the same experience).

No. But for bad or average games that try and use any nude or partial nudity to try and get attention it is bad and is pretty much an insult that they think they can put out crap so long as it has something to look at.

It's pretty obvious it's one of those poles where they "troll" the nominees. Not that the game is bad or looks bad, well it's kind of out-dated graphically and was never ahead of its time graphically.. Pac-Man was another attempt at "trolling". Yea. 100k copies at $50(at least) at launch would easily be $5 million, which more than covers porting it to PC. This game would sell at least a million over time on PC. It's Bungie's next huge game, it's one of the hottest game topics right now(sci-fi), and it is free roam with a huge emphasis on multiplayer. It is focusing on some of the strongest points of PC gaming in the industry and they have every gamers attention.

TFlop performance is a cards max potential. They don't measure this on Windows, so it's not like TFlop performance is accurately measured on the OS that is holding the cards back. Engines do effect the graphical effects. But, yes, most of it is up to the artists.

The PS4 GPU is 1.84 teraflops, directly compared to a 7850.
