"people disagree with me so that must make them angry and making people angry is totally cool and makes me feel good about my opinion"
@sitdown
Lol.. You must trolling.
So they take risks by releasing unfinished games AND by canceling projects. Not by putting actual effort into a fully realized project with a great release? Sony spends years perfecting games and allowing their studios to adopt entirely new gameplay concepts. MS earns a participation trophy at best.
A much simpler game with barebones content at launch despite a major studios development. Not really taking risks seriously. And, again. Scalebound was not taken seriously as they decided to can it because they thought it to be risky to go any further rather than salvage it. You're rewarding them without even releasing it? Lol.
It's not the feature of Day 1 releases you should look for. It's how good those releases are and how often they release. If GamePass doesn't change and good games start pumping out this gen then it will be crazy
So, CoD is the best shooter ever? Not arguing which games quality is better or comparing how they age. But, sales isn't the only metric for being considered the best.
@Challengerscatpack
" free EA game pass"
You know you're paying for it right? GamePass is twice the price. Streaming is on the most expensive tier as well. PS Now is 60 a year with free online for games on PS Now, much better AAA exclusives, and streaming. PSNow is a viable business. GamePass is aggressive right now but who knows how it will make up losses for day 1 exclusive sales lost, their advertisement campaigns, 1 dollar trials, a...
@The Wood
People also don't recognize that Phil is the lead behind XBox ditching core gamers in 2010 and beyond. He may not have had a public face till his big promotion, but he was integral to where their video game direction went, and in 2010 was promoted to Director of Games. He's a huge reason why their games suffered, have been very few, and didn't care for core gamers. And, haven't been ready for launch, had major delays and quality issues. Yeah, they ...
But, will it allow you to replace it with a different SKU drive? Hopefully no software lock on any replacement other than the officially included SKU.
@porkChop
Did you read Pricey's comment? It can easily be an opt-in feature that states what it is and that it takes storage space. And, don't forget that we can expand storage once the list of drives comes out.
The way you said all that sounded like you didn't know it was possible as an update. Stop repeating yourself. We heard you the first time.
@porkChop
Then don't say it's not something they can add in an update..
@porkChop
You can partition without a revision.
Quick resume isn't really necessary when games already load back in so quickly. Plus, 100GBs for the feature is a bit much.
@Zeeb
Yet. Most that say all dubs are bad don't understand without the subs. That is what I'm mostly replying to.
And, you really speak Japanese?
Do you understand their language and specific nuances? Probably not. It is just easier for you to see the faults in something you understand. There are lots of great english voice actors. As well as bad ones. Same as any language.
@Jericho1337
Well, yes. Dwarfing in consumer counts. But, Netflix is still not profitable, yet cinemas are extremely big money.
That's what I was saying months ago... If the new consoles are sub-4K, how would they expect a console with a third of the TFlops to run they same game at a 1440p equivalent? Lower settings aren't the only way. Lower resolution to keep the graphics settings higher is an easy alternative when trying to keep the eye candy in the game. I wouldn't even expect less than 1080p on the next gaming handheld unless AI upscaling methods are used extensively.
Imagine that having your shield hit makes the trigger kick back. Initially, the trigger will lock at a far distance so you can barely press in the trigger. But, as your shield gets hit, it shudders and the tension loosens as your stamina bar depletes. If your poise or shield gets broken it loses all tension. That would be insane.
I believe they hinted at DS as a test for their ability to expand upon genres they remake. If recieved positively, they may be the ones to create new DLC for the IP and maybe even a sequel, or assist another studio in a sequel by collaborating teams.
It's absolutely a remake. Just not a reimagining.
@bouzebbal
What TV is it? Does it have good HDR in reviews?
You also need to check your TVs HDR settings. You can still adjust brightness, color, saturation, etcetera. My LG C9 had magenta turned up a lot for some reason and it was definitely brand new. I still played with HDR a lot to make it better.
Also, HDR in gaming will look different. To have the best input latency, they tend to scale back the quality these settings can reach s...
@343_Guilty_Spark
Oh, did they? I haven't heard about that ever.
Here we are. Another sneaky comment to discredit the demand for the other platform and then the follow up statement that has inclusion of both products in it for pretend objectivity while boosting the lower performer up by comparing it to the better performer. Coming up, a slightly positive statement about your least favorite platform to appear fair despite raiding every article trying to sway peoples opinion. Don't forget to mention that you've got both consoles and play on both. ...
