Rechargeables last many years. By that time it's more likely that the controller broke from wear and tear. There are also rechargeable packs for dualshock. Yes, you can attach a battery to the controller without a AA battery slot. They clip onto the controller. If it was actually such a big deal to people to not rely on the internal batteries then you'd have researched the clip on batteries that do the same thing.

While playing down PS5 for having PS5 enhanced cross-gen *launch* titles, and a PS5-level remake, you're complimenting XBox for backwards compatability enhancements. So, having PS5 specific enhanced cross-gen launch games and a next-gen remake mean nothing to you. But, backwards compatability in general has you all for XBox.

Having primitive combat with a scifi twist makes this game and Horizon direct competitors. They're absolutely comparable titles and Ark developers are very notable and the game is known for high caliber gameplay and content.

I was Rank 1 on Portable Ops and Portable Ops+ in NA. Used to play under my blanket staying up late on school nights. Man those were good times. I miss my PSP. I'd welcome a handheld but only if scalability worked right and support was good.

You may not look at the mirror and see yourself all the time but it makes it a little special when you do, and the game has times that emphasize taking a look at yourself. There's also a big mission a few hours in that reeeeaally is so much more badass that you look in the mirror in first person.

The game not being a casual shooter is exactly why it's so successful. It may be the same genre as CoD and Battlefield. But, it's not really their direct competitor. If you make a casual mode to attract players not wanting to learn the game, then they will filter into the normal modes and frustrate players.
Sony is paying MS rent to store Sony's own PSNow servers in Azure locations. Azure already exists around the globe. Easier and cheaper than finding more and more locations and dealing with so many contracts and people.

Sony doesn't have anything to prove in regards to game quality and consistent release schedules. We know to expect great things. Xbox we don't have a clue because they've spent a decade sitting around and overhyping/under-delivering with really inconsistent and long stretched releases. They've always had great CGI sourced for their games and reveals. When they actually come out is a whole other ballgame in regards to quality.

They are different, which is what his apology video was partially for. Custom hardware is not comparable to an open platform with heaps of OS bottlenecks and universal designs that have limits for special types of hardware. He realized that the PS5 was doing things that PC couldn't yet do.
That literally doesn't disprove anything, and ignores that new information can come to light. Not to mention falling for PR. Quick to "debunk" a negative story with a half assed response.
