@IAmSovereign
Right, and we don't need gimmicky AI to become something to boast about for a game.
Everyone understands the purpose of bots. It's just that they are so terrible and out of place in a FPS. Why would they throw terrible AI in, boast about it being part of the cloud, and only have them for working towards one thing in a game, which is to call a Titan. There are such better ways to go about it. If they got rid of the AI then it wouldn'...
@mcstorm
Obviously, any exclusive would benefit the console maker..
The point is that Titanfall doesn't need XBox. XBox needs Titanfall. Titanfall has grown popular and easily would make up for whatever Microsoft would pay for its exclusivity. Even if the projected sales on other platforms wasn't much more than what Microsoft would pay for it they wouldn't miss out on getting more publicity for the game.
I don't like having enemies scale-level to me, at least not every enemy in the game like this article suggests.
You're supporting DLC for a game, and Titanfall already lacks a lot of content, shortly after it coming out. Why would you help the bad money grabbing habits of the industry?
Quality over quantity. I'd rather play a unique story-based game with a lot of variety than a stale, low on content, repetitive, online-only game for months at a time, and there are already other games to chose from, which in my opinion BF4 is the best option.
It was 6 days after PSN went down that they told everyone that.
This information was encrypted, unable to be used in any way.
They were busy working on redoing the entire infrastructure, they don't rely on PR for everything.
Any database is susceptible to these things. Live is actually more vulnerable and has been victim of a lot more smaller scale thefts.
@zeal0us
I think he is saying that they do make good games. But, they aren't selling and the great games for Wii U and coming out for it are also not selling the system as much as they should be.
There's plenty of maxing out on PC. That's why there are benchmarks. It depends on a persons personal rig and it's not like everyone has the assets to upgrade any time they need to.
Though, PC's obviously can have a higher limit for a specific rig to be maxed out. Maxing out a PC is different, because consoles have more room for optimization no matter how PC-like they get.
Yep. Maxing out doesn't mean that is the limit of what it can do. It's just the limit of what it currently is doing. When they get more development time, figure out more tricks, and really get into the architecture of the hardware than they can push it further. Ready At Dawn went from making PSP spin-offs, porting PS2/PSP games, etcetera to making cinema-quality graphics, and in such a short time too. I think they are going the same route as Naughty Dog, and their passion really shows...
I just really hope they don't ban people for cursing over Twitch when they aren't cursing over LIVE.
Clearly, some people didn't get what I was getting at.
@septic
Preference is one thing. But, trying to say there is more precision is another. Especially the fact that the DS is technically way more precise in pressure sensitivity and analog sensitivity than the 360 controller.
Well, the Dualshock has soft grip and less tension on the analogs, so moving them is no problem unless you're really rough on them. So, I don't see how they could possibly slip.
I can use the same argument.. You re...
Really? This is going to be like when they were banning DJ Keemstar from Live. Every time he made a new account, even though he bought a new XBox so it wasn't permabanned and made a new account some Microsoft employee stalked his live streams until he could get his username to ban him again and he wasn't misbehaving on his new account, either.
The current bundle from Gamestop is $570. Includes PS4, Infamous: SS, extra controller, and a year of PSN Plus. There is no discount off total price. Everything is simply bundled together at full price per product.
Consoles had dedicated servers way long ago. Resistance series, Warhawk, Starhawk, MAG, Killzone, etcetera. Sony used dedicated servers a LOT and they didn't brag about them, at most MAG was their way of bragging because of the player size with no lag and didn't have mandatory payment for PS3, like LIVE does. So essentially Sony offered a better online infrastructure for their titles for years for free. Now Microsoft finally gets servers and uses the consumers lack of intelligence to ...
@Milruka
Oh, really? That might be because Smugglers Run is a free-roam single=player game.
BF4 has multiple giant maps with variations for land, sea, and air combat.
The AI in Titanfall is terrible. They run around like idiots and can't fight worth a crap. The entire point of putting them in the game is because there are low player-vs-player amounts so they use them to give players points to call a titan. They exist to be killed and they aren't even smart enough to try to survive. I see tons of videos of people running out in front of a group of AI and the AI is excruciatingly slow reaction and when they do something they either miss or don't ...
@nukeitall
What does that have to do with GRAPHICAL hardware? The Azure cloud is not graphic-oriented whatsoever.
PS Now is for those that want access to a game on multiple platforms no matter if the platform can run the game itself or not.
Driveatars has been doable. You just clearly have no idea how a cloud works. The console processes the driveatar data, not the cloud, and uploads it to the cloud. That is all. Then with a matchmaking sy...
Please don't argue about things you don't know about(Cloud servers),
Well the current bundle offered by GameStop is definitely not free.
I don't think we know pricing on any official Infamous SS bundle.
Pretty sure a parody/spoof can't be targeted for these accusations. There are whole parodies of James Bond movies.
@TheOrder1886
You don't get it. He isn't saying what people want to play on. He is asking about the resolution, since this article is about HDMI.
Which, yes the resolution would be substantially better on an emulator.
