Of course "In theory" it could run at 1080p and 60fps. In theory you could run Crysis on a computer from 2000 with enough optimization, but that is what being "In theory" means. In reality is far different. Theories are not realities. Theories are thoughts and suggestions of what could make things a reality.
Now on topic with could they make this a reality? Yes. The PS4 is several times more powerful than the PS3 and has more than enough RAM. It all comes...
My guess is that this is Batman's son. The "Father To Sun" is referencing that Batman's son features a similar fate as Bruce with his father. His father passing, him upholding his fathers legacy, except Bruce created his own legacy on top of the Wayne family legacy to protect Gotham personally. It makes sense as to why they don't show both of them at the same time, why he stares at the Batman outfit as if for remembrance of what's gone, and then it plays a memory of ...

I can kind of see a Sackboy..
@truefan1
Setting discs as the standard(PS1,PS2), harddrives(on PSX), removable storage(memory cards), setting the standard for modern controllers, media center focus(PS2), dozens of motion control tech demos around PS2's launch and early years(showing Move-like controls) far before Wii was made.
Achievements innovation? No. UI on consoles? Dude.. PS1 had a UI, so did PSX, and PS2. You don't know what a UI is. Open world games count? Okay.. Race simu...
With the hyped up matchmaking I assume that matching equally ranked players would keep the teams even, even if they up the player count. Everyone has access to a Titan. Titans are not hard to fight against. Both sides have equal opportunity.
If you've played Warhawk and Starhawk you know that high player count works marvelously and doesn't provide unbalanced games if one team gets all the vehicles and such. There are great counter measures.
@Ghost_Nappa
Nah duh better players will do better..
Azure cloud can't computer graphics hardly at all. It's a normal server. Not GPU-oriented whatsoever.
If Microsoft didn't already have optimization for their CPU it just goes to show how lazy they are. It's a console that developers have more focus over. It should already have essentially what DX12 is supposed to do for PC's, and also, the cores aren't exactly that powerful in the PS4 and X1 processors, so if the processor doesn't have that much ex...
Versus 13 is entirely Square's issue because they kept riding on FF13 sequels.
At least Sony takes their time for games and doesn't release them just to say they released them.
Do three games really make you forget that Sony has over a dozen other great games released on top of those?
Except, the game should already be pretty easy to port since it's similar architecture and OS and DX11, and the game wasn't built with DX12, so it isn't DX12 that makes porting easier, the game was just easy to port, and it was already running on PC at e3, and while DX12 supposedly offers improvements, what kind of demo is it when they show a high-end PC that could run it before DX12, and if it was DX12, then why isn't it out yet or in this year or early next year, rather then...
9 days isn't near enough time for a last minute polish. It's an online only game. It's other versions are massive, so this version likely fills the disc, and no way would they last minute edit and recompile everything on a complete full disc game that should already been shipped out when they will probably have a launch day patch anyways, which being an online only game patching is a no-brainer.
Can't wait for people to start making articles about leaked copi...
@xfear2diex
Technically, it's designed better for all games, except for Kinect-type games, which we don't exactly have a good benchmark for it's camera but it definitely does the job.
Exactly. This close to launch they most likely already started production of the game and are ready to ship, if not already past that stage. A last minute ploy to drive more sales for their new platform is all it is. It's online only. They have the nerve to lie and try to tell people they are trying to improve it, when this late it's already done, anything would be released as a patch, not in the disc version, which, considering the size of the game on other platforms, obviously the d...
That's what they do. Forcing another Halo trilogy. Fable on a constant fall, not really Fable at heart anymore. Gears of War was just the same game every time, with different thrown in generic scenes to add depth. Releasing the new Forza with drastically less content than before with overpriced launch DLC. They have all they need to make the best games in the industry but they just want to spend it on marketing and hype campaigns, riding off of the names. Now they're doing it with Tit...
@hankmoody
You miss the point, every time. Ignore everything I just said. He didn't rate it based on any of the work put in to it and for what the game itself is. He rated it for not being as fun as another game. Maybe if it were a Naughty Dog game he would have changed his mind. One of the few Playstation games he rates good.
Look at Starhawk for PS3. Some of the most intuitive and solid games with a lot of creativity. It trumps Titanfall in everything ...
@hankmoody
Resolution? Are you this insensitive? An obvious generalization insult to Playstation users.
@SnotyTheRocket
Yes, I didn't just try it. I played it and it's as shallow as Call of Duty, no it's more shallow. Less content. If I want a full fledged online game I can play something that is more solid and requires more technique like Tribes: Ascend, which is free.
Is "Bet you haven't tried it!" re...
Why so long? Because, Microsoft having all of that money doesn't mean they work hard. Windows has been nothing but minor updates for over a decade and neglect for problems consumers have repeatedly had, and they still charge ridiculous prices for an upgrade of decade old software, and still pull the 32-bit/64-bit crap to price the unrestricted models higher than the basic and 32-bit versions, that are the same software but they basically gimp it to drive the price of the higher models and...
Sure, if you consider Call of Duty-type games fun. But, quality wise it isn't worth a 5/5. For someone like him that has so much experience to keep rewarding a saturated market as the FPS-run-around-aimlessly-and-s hoot-scene, but this time with idiot bots to rack up points and mechs that are stale and boring despite being the reason this game is hyped up. For him to label it a 5/5, a perfect score for a game lacking so much content, that is repeat after repeat of the same thing that is a...
Because one game is an open world with tons of time and a big team put into it with a good story and complex but simple to use gaming mechanics and fantastic visuals. The other has a very basic and poor story added last minute to battle the online only rants, terrible visuals, no variety, rehashed gameplay from the past decade of shooters, and is very comparable to F2P shooters on PC, except it's a full priced multiplayer only game that wouldn't be so hyped up if not for being announc...
I don't mind that Facebook buys it, but I do mind if they raise the price tag higher because of their brand, or that they make it cost more to develop for and abandon the ease of use it was to implement it. Add more functionality to it, I don't care, but restrict it or force people to use these new functions and you'll be driving it down. Better not see things like Facebook and Youtube in how they change the UI every month or two and don't allow choice in it.
